Your whistleblower was the General.
He began removing intelligence during his time as Director of your Military Intelligence. Then, he finished obtaining everything during his tenure as your country's National Security Advisor. Although some have had access to analyse the information for much time, it was leaked - in a widespread manner - during the latter weeks of October.
Did you think his pardon was for false statements to a federal agent? Did you think it was over?
