Say it’s 40-60k. Are you good with that to oust the mullahs?
Iraq lasted a lot longer and a different scenario.
You go from 100,000 to 40,000-60,000. I think you just pulled numbers out of your head and trying to paint a picture of impending doom.
350 US casualties resulted in the 1989 invasion of Panama which itself is very steep and mountainous. The invasion lasted week one month, one week, and four days.
I support whatever it takes to insure Iran never gets a nuclear weapon or harms another US citizen again.
For forty seven years we have suffered their attacks on our people, threats to the world, and fanatical promises to annihilate our nation and beliefs.
We are finally taking the proper measures to get rid of these religious lunatics, it should never have taken that long to do what we are now to do to stop it.

I think that term had been around much longer than Cesar Chavez had been using it.

Good Morning
Surprised it took that long.

Shah was not too crazy about Communists.
Probably why they moved to London before arriving in Chicago.

Cut this stupidity out about her being an Iranian
He said she was born there, not that she is an Iranian citizen. She was in fact born in Shiraz, Iran on November 14, 1956.

I have a Black Lab, does the same thing at 5:30 every morning. Also, when the wife returns from work at about 4:30 in the afternoon he is waiting at the back door for her to return.

Closed in '88. Wish I could remember what movies I saw there as a kid
My now late wife, but girlfriend at the time, was a manger at one of the card shops in Cortana. I used to pick her up from work at closing time every night. I'd get there early sometimes and catch a movie. She would be waiting for me outside Chelsea's after the music had started there if it was a long film.
The only movies I actually still remember seeing there are Full Metal Jacket and Kong Lives.
Good times, good memories.

Yes, on a piece of cornbread in a restaurant in Lake Charles, LA during the 1980's.
The person who was dining with me did Heimlich and helped me clear the obstruction.
It was a very scary and helpless feeling.

I can't remember when that shooting was. I thought it was in the late 80's.
1985 I was a senior.
I also worked the shooter’s shift at McDonalds as he wasn’t available to come in that evening.
Merry Christmas
