We lost like 30+ when we changed coaches. It’s expected to lose a lot these days when you get a new coach.

They did run that fast. Some of Texas’ best athletes come from that era. That’s just not even looking up strength and speed records for your own states. We had faster players on some 60’s and 70’s teams than we did in the 2010’s. DBs faster than most.

Teams that have to build mostly off the portal keep making it seem like HS recruiting is not important, and only transfers are.

We went from 85 scholarships to 105. There is a reason the numbers of commits are up. Add the context.
You guys had all day yesterday to post after the basketball game. Posting about football the day after is pretty embarrassing just bc you lost a basketball game.
Florida has a lot of talent in their state.

He means it’s not very impressive going all the way back to the 60’s. That’s almost 60 years ago to cite an example, in a time period 7 footers were rare. Everyone would qualify going back that far. I’m sure there are more recent examples for everyone.
