Perhaps Pahlavi can bring the needed stability if the regime collapses.
Time will tell.

Some of the people that have done the most damage to our nation over the last 50 years were blonde and blue eyed and fervently spoke about Jesus, all while they shipped our parent's jobs overseas, destroyed our middle class and enriched themselves and their families at our expense.

re: What’s your prediction for how this Iran situation ends?

Civil war for 10 years.
A highly likely outcome if the regime falls. Iran is way too ethnically and politically fractured, and even fractured along a small religious divide (sunni vs shia) plus there will absolutely be interventions from their neighbors, other regional powers and world powers. Israel, Saudi, Qatar, Iraq, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey and maybe even the US and China will sponsor their preferred political successor.
Reminds me of what happened to Lebanon in the 80s, sans the Christians.

Tale as old as time. If the mullahs are removed, whats the chance that different factions begin having a civil war?
It looks like Iran has 5 major ethnic groups, including about 10% of their population being Kurds, you know they ain't sticking around. It's bloody right now, but what will come after the mullahs are deposed may be bloodier still.

Looks like an anti-monarchist in the truck tried mow down some pro-monarchists protestors. Both oppose the mullahs. At least that's what I got out of it.

I didn't agree with everything Charlie Kirk said and did, but a least he had a set of core values defined in his mental model of the world, which make sense to me, which can be defended and articulated to younger people and others.
Trump man, it's just wherever the wind blows.

Hollywood is a predator's dream. Unaccountable, powerful men lording over young, naive people and their parents, who will do almost ANYTHING for fame and money.
Trump will have y'all MAGA Cultists wanting rent controls by the end of the year. #bookit

Boom and bust, just like the oil business. Do y'all try to have side businesses to even out the highs and lows?
I think most reasonable people know that the big profit in this business is going to the meat-packers and not the ranchers.
Glad your ranch survived bud, here's hoping y'all make a killing this year
