Sticking those landings like a BOSS

Funny thing: these are truly world-class athletes and yet sometimes I'll see one or two of them at 7/11 near campus in leotards, chalked up, clearly just finished practice and they're loading up on shite like honey buns and oatmeal pies
Me too, OU Guy. Thank you

Also, seeing Brent and Nagy take the stand for a rile player says a lot about them and OU. Will show recruits the lengths they’ll go to help

Hell they, or at least Brent, got a shout out from the NCAA's lawyer on how well the program is being run. .

This is a great day, man. I was so much hoping Owen would be back!!!! BOOMER!
OMG!!!!! :pimp: :doublebird:

HELL YES!

We stayed in Jaco a couple summers ago at the Palms, a condo complex adjacent to Croc's resort. Most here don't like 'Costa Rican' food.. the natives prefer what they call sodas, and yeah it's pretty plain but you can get a delicious, nutritious meal for like $3 USD. Morales House was my favorite soda, hope it is still there. If we go back, I wouldn't waste my time with their attempts at American food. The burger place in the middle of town was OK but everything else was disappointing.

I planned to cook most of the time, but I spent an hour in the grocery store and came away with very basic stuff. I didn't recognize half of the items in there.

If you use nicotine in any form: stock up before you leave home.

Beware: the north end of Jaco beach will be mostly empty, but it is riptide city. Very strong riptide action there.

Glad you're recovering from cancer! But sorry you can't take advantage of the eco-tourism. You can always take a boat out to Tortuga Island or a guided waterfall tour up in the mountains, Manuel Antonio park, etc..

NCAA ends its questioning by telling Venables he’s “running a hell of a program.”

Well that may be a concession of sorts?
Stoia: "Brent Venables was built for the witness stand."
I don’t know but my 22 year old and his friends have been getting into retro music like Billy Idol and Kool & The Gang. Maybe he’s riding on some Gen Z popularity wave?
Perhaps more importantly: what is going on with her shoes? They fit like socks on a rooster

I could listen to her talk all day. Or actually, look at her while she speaks. Or doesn't speak, doesn't matter
Seems like he's got a case (we already knew he did, but its the NCAA)

Will they have a ruling on Thursday?

There was no such thing as a "helicopter parent"

Actually there was. I remember a family on an adjacent street in our neighborhood, this was late 70's / early 80's. They had two sons who were super-sheltered - not allowed to be outside alone, couldn't leave their front yard, the mom would not let those kids even look at the rest of us, much less hang out or play with us. Actively sheltered and I think they were home-schooled but those kids were weird as frick. Not unlike some of these kids we see these days.
Maybe it was Augustin! The guys in the pro shop called him by name and I remember thinking "yep his parent's are golfers." He could not have been over 12 years old.

One note: Eminem and Limp Bizkit were about the least consequential musicians you could have mentioned from the era the brought us Soundgarden, Nirvana, Alice & Chains, the Black Keys, 311, Sublime, Nine Inch Nails, and so many more.

80's kid here and maybe outside of Alice in Chains, those were the bands that convinced me to re-live 70's and 80's rock. late 90's rock kinda sucked.
