My suggestion is don't be rude to your neighbor.
It should be an hourly rate if you're just moving locally. Things get a little trickier to estimate if you're moving out of state or long distance. I think it depends how much stuff you have and how far you're moving in that case. Here's an article about costs from a moving company I've used before: LINK I believe most movers will give you a free estimate too if you call them and tell them what you need.
Well ... there's clearly a reason. You may not agree with it, but the reasoning is fairly obvious. I don't even see why this is such a big deal. Your employer can tell what to wear, decide not to hire you based on tattoos, tell you to get a hair cut and a million other things that are far more trivial.
I think they are (as I write this from a PC). In my opinion pcs are more susceptible to viruses and have more issues over time. From a professional standpoint, a lot of people that need to edit photos and videos prefer macs.
For cutting, yes. For sending signals of my meal progress, no. I've never heard of this to be honest.
Because it allows you to defend yourself on the ground if someone is on top of you and many of the moves rely on technique and leverage over strength. And from experience, if someone is a at a decent blue belt level and you don't know what you're doing, you are toast.
