If I was a recluse billionaire I would fund a clandestine unit that would conduct these individuals and under threat of force, have them admit on camera that they lied simply for ideological and political reasons and give honest answers. Then release them. Then share with the world.

Again, if the Fed has to send the money, and Trump is the boss, just don’t send the money. The judge aside from making his little ruling cannot do anything.

I’d rather 2 8 team divisions. The winners get a bye, and 2 wildcards from each in a 3 game series. Then the divisional round in 5, and the Championship Series in 7.

What we need is collusion that won’t happen because everyone wants to win. Don’t pay them these crazy amounts. Big time QB wants millions out of high school, that’s nice, what if no school offers it to him. Pay some of your upper class men what NIL is really about.
I truly believe the institutions draw the money, not these kids. Very few of these kids are draws, but the helmet and jersey are what brings the fans. I guarantee you could replace all of power 4 teams with naia kids, and the stadium is still filled up as before.

I know he’s got a kid from Alexandria Senior High, I think 2nd team DT. He said it’s the culture, team first, physical. Also, if I’m not mistaken, he has a lot of older guys, mid 20s. Almost grown men playing college kids, those extra 2-3 years can make a difference

The single-time transfer rule was abolished as part of a settlement of a lawsuit brought by the DOJ and multiple states. Courts issued an injunction saying that the transfer rule violated the Sherman act. So, the NCAA seeing the writing on the wall, went ahead and killed it.

Easy fix, turn off the portal, you transfer, you sit out a full year, and lose that year.

NIL isn’t the problem, immediate eligibility is. The portal is the problem. Make these kids lose years if they want to transfer so bad. I guarantee that it would fix the issues.

What would happen if it was ignored and they were deported anyway? In all seriousness. The judge has no authority outside why the actual officers enforce, if everyone was to just ignore him, he could do nothing.
