You do realize that you are allowed minimal nuance to support someone while also calling them out for doing something fricked up.

God gave us Cajuns plenty of gifts, height isn't one of them. Doesnt bother me a bit. Wife's hot, Im jacked, about to be more jacked now, life is good.
So the T clinic prescribed 100mg twice a week, thats way high for what im looking to start. Going 60 mg twice a week and see how I feel. Will update again here in a few months.

She cucked him with Lewandowski, he got revenge by releasing this.

re: Shoulder Question…

Every single friend that has had a shoulder injury has gotten it from flat bench. The pressure it puts on your shoulder just isn't worth it.
I started getting shoulder impingement from flat bench 10 years ago, dropped it and never looked back. Use cables and machines for mid chest, incline or decline for compounds and your shoulders will thank you.

Insurance ended up not covering this shite anyway, so I called a clinic. Will update soon.
I still want to start low and slow and build up as needed. If I kept this much lean muscle without nuts I dont think ill need an astronomical amount. I figure starting around 120 . Will see what clinic says.

I looked up the one she prescribed me and it goes up to 75 and 100 mg max.
So unless 100 mg somehow magically does the trick and I can get it before my 3 month check up somehow, looks like its to the clinic for me.

I appreciate it man. Might have to hit you up, we'll see.
Update: Managed to convince doc on 50mg a week. I was happy about that until I got home and started reading that is a super low dose and might do more harm than good if it nukes my natural processing for such a low amount.
T vets, what are yall's thoughts?
She did say this was the 'beginner' dose and would re-assess in 3 months. Is it worth it to just wait the 3 months and see how it goes, or should I bite the bullet and go to a clinic?

Different ways to skin a cat for sure.
I'd be more disengaged if I went at it with that much calculation, but have mad respect for folks who keep detailed records. I just roll with what my body can do that day with a rough framework in mind and that has worked well for me. I've been doing this so long that I can pretty much feel when I've stimulated enough vs. overtraining. Even with the low T I feel ok while I'm in the gym, its the energy dump afterward and long recovery now. Definitely excited to up the intensity again once I can get on the right TRT plan and get through the doctor gauntlet.
I've also recently incorporated more stretching with light weight, and doing a smaller movement to pre-exhaust before moving to compounds. I used to always start with compounds straight away, pyramiding up. Luckily never had a major gym injury. I started getting shoulder impingement from flat bench and dropped that many years ago. I do a very dumbbell and cable focused routine (chest/biceps; shoulders/triceps; back/abs), and legs centered on hack squat and machines. Also hammer out a lot of Peloton for legs/cardio.
Would post pic but even removing my face I'm terrified of being doxxed and my shitposting on here somehow getting tied back to me irl.

I just included a number as a guideline, I mostly go off of feel, 2-3 working sets per movement, 3-4 movements per body part. When the mind-muscle starts to fade i know im good on that movement.
Before I started feeling like my shite was falling apart, the working sets on my compounds would be in the 6-10 rep range, at or near failure. As an example, pyramid up to 100s on db incline, 2 working sets of 8-10.
Now that I apparently have no nuts and I wasnt feeling recovered anymore, nagging joint pain, I've changed the working sets to 12-15 rep range and dropped the weight some (75s in the case of incline). Body feels good but man I miss going heavy.

Last time I used one of those smart scales I was around 19 percent, top abs are visible, havent seen bottom abs since Les Miles was coaching the Tigers.
Dont smoke, drink maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Sleep duration is usually 7 hr but I dont get much deep sleep at all according to the Garmin. Sleep score usually in the 70s-80s.
Like I said in OP im sure I could dial it in more and lose 10 lb or so but my diet is pretty clean and I do cardio 2-3x a week. All my numbers are good, BP, Cholesterol, RHR etc
I think im just lucky that I've been able to maintain foundational muscle mass with whatever is going on. Ive lifted 3-4x a week pretty consistently for over 25 years. Recovery started going to shite so I adapted from heavy training to failure to more volume in 12 rep range and thats helped with recovery and joints some. Just want to get back to feeling like a beast again.

Hell yeah baw, God's country.
I appreciate all the advice everybody. I figured I'd get on TRT one day when I was in my 50's but here we are.
I'll update this thread with how things turn out.
