I’ve been posting about this and almost universally the OT laughs and mocks and says “it can’t take my job” but take it from an AI developer who even blown away at the pace and improvement in AI. And if it’s TLDR listen to it. Some of you will be fine if you’re already retired and have a good nest egg to live on. But if you’re still working and NEED that income…pay attention.

Very specific other parking question…end spots

It should be required if you are fortunate enough tried get an end parking spot on the row you should parka as far as possible toward the edge of that spot and leave more space for the next spots inside. Especially if there is a striped section next to that end spot your wheels should be on/over the parking line leaving plenty of space for someone to park in the spot inside of you.

Everyone has been saying they are waiting for prices to come down. When even with slower and slower sales…the avg price just keeps ticking up.
