You have to admit that "Top 25" does not typically mean in RPI. I get that it is a ranking but that's not how most people would read it.

We'll see how much the boosters love him when they're asked to foot the bill for the buyouts of the current staff. I hope he comes back, but I don't know how much more the boosters want to spend this year.

Nothing will come of this. Golding is a new HC, and "No one's ever made the first jump." He'll get this figured out, and they'll let it go.

LSU has a slightly higher home win % at 70% vs A&M at 68.75%. I'd say neither place is easy since it is about even.

How does adding 6 4*s and netting -7 3*s land Texas Tech an index score of 51 and the top ranking?
Does it go down to position by position upgrades or value some positions greater than others?

What exactly do you expect him to do? He has to play up to the fanbase and try and stem the tide of players leaving. He honestly has little choice.
