Hull cleaner is just oxalic acid. You can buy it online for cheap. Mix a little bit with water, wipe it on, then rinse it off.

Not saying they were the best, but France had one the largest and best equipped army at the time.They were completely unprepared for the blitzkrieg.They were expecting trench warfare like WWI.
