I'm not going to buy a PPV to watch 1 fight. The only fight I ever even have remote interest in is the main event in boxing. I hold the UFC to the same standard, but 9 times out of 10 I'm interested in at least 4 of the PPV bouts.
You might end up catching an all out war between no names on a prelim in the UFC. I don't remember the last time someone called a boxing match a war.

I played Colorado National on Saturday (7/22).
Course is really nice, cool track. Greens were perfect. I had a lot of fun.
Only thing is, you'll be looking at an afternoon tee time because members can book well in advance. They're in the middle of a bunker renovation, but enough of them are done that it isn't much of a nuisance. By September I would imagine they'll be done and it'll be spectacular.

I feel like this card isn't getting a ton of buzz. Maybe because 290 was just so good. In any case I'm buzzing and this week cannot end fast enough.

Saw both Moreno and Pantoja win at 277 in Dallas. Cool to have them fighting for the title. Adds some extra juice to that one for me.
As an Izzy fan, got an extra eye on that Rob DDP fight. Closer than the line says imo.

I've been a season ticket holder since 2018. I've seen every player I would possibly want to see play live (multiple times) at this point, save one. Zion. Every time y'all are in town he doesn't play. It's frustrating the shite out of me, so I can only imagine how frustrating it is for y'all.

Hadn't been back for a football game in Fayetteville in a few years. Was up for the LSU game after being in BR for the Alabama game. I thought the DJ sucked and it was really annoying. Didn't remember them doing so much of that when I was in school not long ago. Would much rather hear the band.

1. I wouldn't say he's overrated because I don't think people see him as some sort of world beater.
2. I think this series has more to do with the mavs than the Jazz. The mavs defense is no joke. Mitchell isnt much of a passer, and as a pure scoring 2 the mavs have shut him down and made clarkson the Jazz's offensive star. Not what you want.

obvious bias, but Dallas is the best place to live of the major Texas cities. uptown, victory park, knox, lower greenville pretty much all recent grads of SEC schools +SMU UT OU a few others. (27 y/o Ark grad I live in Victory) Other than deep ellum, all the entertainment districts are quite safe.
I love Houston, Austin, and SA a lot for their own reasons. However, I wouldn't want to live any of those places unless I was settling down in the burbs.
