re: Need help finding a way to get vaccination exemption for my pregnant wife.

That was the plan if they tried to make her go along with it. I make enough as a plumber but the extra income is always nice. We have two vehicles and my insurance on my vehicle is dirt cheap and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon. We’re only renting right now but we’re looking for a house at the moment. Already cut out most expenses that we don’t need but we’ve been doing that for a long time even before the baby news.

There’s definitely something to it. I have a close friend whose wife had a miscarriage this last year but I’m not sure if it was vaccine related bc I didn’t want to pry but she’s in the medical field and she had to get the shot at some point. Just not sure when or how many boosters she’s gotten either.

Not in the least but fortunately they aren’t going to enforce it. The weird thing I noticed in the letter, if they did enforce it, it states that if she didn’t get the vaccine she’d be voluntarily forfeiting her employment. Idk how that’s even a possibility lol

No offense taken. It’s not the best paying job for what they expect. When our son is born and when we get to a comfortable enough spot for her she’s planning on leaving for something better.

Yeah they’ve been good about keeping her from doing too much in the mean time but she will wear that title as a badge of honor lol

Update: For clarification she works for a company subcontracted out through the university. She called her main boss to complain about this nonsense and it turns out the university isn’t going to enforce the mandate so the company she works for isn’t going to either. We went to the baby dr on Thursday which is the same day they had a meeting about it. She’s fortunate, for now, but you never know what will happen in the future. I feel for anyone that is having their job leveraged. It’s not right. We’ve been against jab for our own personal reasons and forcing it on anyone is just plain wrong. And never in a million years would her or I risk our little boys safety. I also wanted to say I appreciate y’all and I hope only good things for everyone of you. This board is the best!

Long time fan of tigerdroppings first time poster. Was hoping my first post ever would be LSU related but here I am posting about this jab nonsense. Didn’t think I’d personally have to deal with this, and it’s unfortunate for everyone it applies to, but my pregnant wife works as a grounds crew member for a university in Kentucky. Just tonight she received a letter saying she must get the vaccine or she will be fired. They say they want her to “comply” and we both believe that they should eat a certain substance before either of us allow her to be forced to get the jab. Not sure what to do at this point to get an exemption for her but I’d like to believe there’s a way. Otherwise it looks like she’ll be out of the job and unemployed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone out there listening and I wish you well.
