For me it's always worse on road trips. It never happens when I fly.
If he had jumped back in at the time of his last post, he would be up about 50% :lol:
Spoiled people are weak. It amazes me how many people fail to see how their cush lifestyles are not the norm and are among the worldwide wealthy.

My plan in the next few years. I'll never permanently leave East Tn, but I consider SW Florida one of my second homes. I'm looking at Bonita Springs, not touristy but an easy drive to Naples and Fort Meyers. Most importantly it's near my favorite beach in Florida, Lovers Key.

The Texas panhandle is like a tornado magnet. Plenty of flat land to build on but this seems like a huge gamble.
