My 19 year old is seriously considering traveling nursing, which I am 100% in favor of. She initially wanted to do orthopedic surgery, but I think the reality of the schooling/debt involved made her rethink. My 13 year old wants to be a kindergarten teacher. Still time to change her mind...

I'm planning on purchasing some new plants this weekend and getting my feeders up!
I’ve done sugar fasts several times, it’s my weakness as well. Sugar makes my joints hurt so bad, you’d think I could just give it up…nope. But not keeping it in the house definitely helps. I get the sugar free Worthers hard candy & have one after a meal.
We bought our oldest daughter a slightly used CX-30 for her first car and it’s been great. Very nice interior & fun to drive!
I can't wait for Lane to share the post this morning...this is great!
Love the atmosphere at Bin 77. La Lagniappe right across the street has some awesome apps too. Their eggplant appetizer or crab cakes are fantastic!
Can you send me a pm? I have an extra parking pass…
I’d sign for my kids on the first car they buy…after that they’re on their own.
We got our girls the Lifetime brand metal set. It had a clubhouse, monkey bars, etc. Was a little more expensive. But we sold it to a local church when it was like 5 years old and all we had to do was spray it off and replace the plastic "rocks" on the rock climbing wall. Highly recommend.
This would be a great high protein snack...thanks for sharing!
Hormone issues are so real. My secretary encouraged my to get mine checked after she got on pellets. I now recommend them to ALL my friends...definitely saved my marriage.

I read all the books, but hate the way they are changing the leads' story lines. When Benedict started making out with another guy in the first five minutes, I was out...
We live in Pride (right on the edge of Central) and drive to BR every day. I work off Corporate and it's a 35-40 minute drive. Very little traffic in the morning and evening unless there's a wreck.
Nanette's chocolate cake is the best I've ever had, and I use to make wedding cakes. They serve it now at Colonel's Club. You used to have to know someone and she'd NEVER deliver. It was like a dessert drug deal, lol...
A ladies only workout facility I believe. They will also offer classes and stuff like botox. Don't shoot the messenger...

re: Time of the year again: taxes

Ours were not as bad as last year, which surprised me b/c my husband got a few bonuses this year. We itemize, not sure if that makes a difference. I used Turbo Tax for years, switched to Free Tax USA last year...much simpler and cheaper.

My husband has over 40 heads in a 10x11 room...it looks like animal wallpaper. My kids' friends call it "pet cemetery." His four large African mounts are in our formal living room area, and they look great and are a great conversation piece. In our "forever home" we'll hopefully have a great game room.
I used it this year for the first time after using Turbo Tax for years. I think it's much simpler and cheaper.
Helen is awful. Like a really cheap Epcot attraction. We stayed maybe an hour. But the falls were beautiful! We hiked it in the summer & still needed a light jacket.
