We started using Dave Ramsey's Every Dollar App about three years ago. It's been a game changer for our finances...helped us really get on the same page.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the new arena/events center? Regardless, I hate the idea. I love the Heidelberg Room at the Hilton. We use this hotel for corporate events a lot...probably not so much after this.

I honestly stopped there not long ago just to get gas. Went in and it's fantastic. The whole side wall is lined with nice wood shelving and a great whiskey selection. A friend of mine went (who is much more bougie than me) and said it wasn't high end enough for her taste, but I found some good options. I'll be interested to see how long they can keep it clean/nice...

We started both our girls with a Greenlight account. You can deposit money via an app that links to your bank account. It work like a regular debit card. Its a good way for them to learn before a real checking account.

My husband & I started dating at 15/16. this year makes 29 years together & 23 married. He is my person and my very best friend. I can’t imagine life without him. Give your mom a big hug today.

They are such a pain to get rid of. I have found Neem oil is the only thing that helped. And I changed out my soil and really washed the roots clean. Started over in a clean pot with clean soil. Definitely quarantine the ones that have them, they spread quick.

My husband fell 25+ feet out of a tree. Our best friend is an er nurse and told us to go to OLOL as they're the only Level 1 trauma center in the area. We waited almost 3 hours for a scan and he was triaged in the hall and stitched up with his hand resting on a bed pan. The only reason he was finally taken for imagining is because the radiology tech pitched a fit that he might have internal bleeding. When we finally saw the doctor, he scolded us for not getting there for three hours, that we should've called a helicopter to get him out. Needless to say my husband had some choice words for him.

I have an interior decorating business as a side gig, so I have a long list, lol. Main thing, like someone else said, is the whole house the same color. These days its white with maybe a colored island. My other pet peeve is stained concrete in expensive houses. I hate it.

We have used Hancock Whitney since I was in high school and thru LSU (early 90s) Still use them now and our daughter is in Alabama and is using them as well. Never had a single issue.

We have Mosquito Joe Service. We have a 4 acre pond begins the house & it was unbearable in the summer. They spray the acre around the house for $79/mo. Typical service is $89/3 weeks, but once a month is good. Worth every penny.

100% agree. I got married at 21 and had to pretty much teach myself everything, my parents taught me nothing. I’m now helping my 80 year old widowed mom with her budget. We are working very hard to instill a good appreciation for money/finances/budget in both of our daughters.

Man what a game!! Set the record for highest points, broke the record for most 100 pt games in a season. Loved hearing Flau’jae after the game. It’s gonna be tough, but if they keep playing like this they’re gonna be hard to beat!

Not sure where you’re located, but we use Mosquito Joe. We have ducks & pigeons & is safe for them. We have a pond and the mosquitos were unbearable.
