Absolutely inexcusable not to go for 2 there. 4 or 5 doesn't matter. Gotta make it 6 if you can.

Damn that's terrible. Kittle is such a good dude and so key for them.

If the OL engages the defender within a yard of the LOS, he can continue blocking him downfield as long as he stays engaged the whole time.
It takes a special kind of choking to lose by getting outscored 25-6 in the 4th quarter of a playoff game.

In baseball, we call that "The Golden Sombrero"

It’s also a college rule if you’re inside the 15. Ole Miss would have had the ball at the 2 IF they were at the 15 (they weren’t) and they got the DPI

Yes I know and it's already been posted in this thread. But that's not what he said.

Because it was in the EZ, It would be first down at the 1.

No. That's the NFL rule.
He was wearing them out using his left, most frequently Jerome Kersey.

I think it was McHale on the bench who yelled out, "Hey Jerome...wait til he starts using his right hand"

Bird was and will always be my favorite basketball player.

Clint Black - Killin Time

I was there 87-90. It was a great school then. Amazing how it went down the shitter at warp speed in the 90s.

So we’ve gone from GOAT Raul Julia as M Bison to the polka dot guy from The Suicide Squad?

This movie might suck balls or it may be good, dumb fun. But one thing you can always count on is David Dastmalchian being terrific no matter what movie he's in.
Bro you know Laine Kiffen is gonna make a dominate team here. It's cause and affect.

Jamal Mashburn's story about Rodney and Larry Bird interacting at the Dream Team practices is always hilarious.

"Young fella...look like '84, huh?"

One of the GOAT stories of the NBA.

It's been years and I'm still pissed they took it away

Effective hire date will be Saturday 29th, contract signed by Sunday (23rd). LSU has given him until the end of the weekend to sign the contract before they move on.

That's info I haven't gotten. I hope that's true too.

He can sign a Memorandum of Understanding, with no effect on the terms of that contract

That may be true. I'm not a lawyer. I'm just passing along the info that was shared with me.

Screw Orgeron if he is actually coaching.

I was told Frank was almost a guarantee to be on the staff. Orgeron was "more than likely". I asked what the confidence level was for O and was told "55-60%". Depending on who would stay and who would go in that scenario and what O's role would be, I wouldn't necessarily have a problem with it.
Update - so I reached out asking why nothing was announced by LSU today. I was told Kiffin essentially begged both schools to let him coach the Egg Bowl and finish the regular season with his current guys. Both schools agreed to it.

I asked if he was still going to be the next LSU coach and was told "1000% yes". My friend said with early NSD the week after the Egg Bowl, don't think for a minute LSU doesn't have their guy in the bag. (Disclaimer - being a lifelong LSU fan...I can completely see LSU going into signing day NOT having their guy in the bag  )

Also said be ready to see UF and Ole Miss interviewing other coaches. Lane can't sign anything yet because he's still under contract to Ole Miss as of today, and he knows what the perception is about how he left Tenner and doesn't want to do that again. So at least his motivation for that makes sense.

You have no idea who I'm talking about or what they do, dingus. You're making assumptions.

And if it doesn't happen, I'll do my best to find out why...but I will definitely eat my crow like a man. I have confidence in my friend though, enough to put it on here.
