I’m not a huge fan of the CEO type of HC. Especially in the NFL. I want a schemer as coach. The other skills are less scarce.

Tennessee Baseball. The quality of SEC baseball is insane. The top pitching in this league is better than MLB pitching from 15 years ago. It’s wild to think about

That’s possible. But his buyout was comically low. And there are rumors that he was unhappy with NIL promises being unkept.

What’s strange about Jerry is that for all his flaws that the Cowboys are usually pretty competitive and make the playoffs frequently. Jerry all things considered is probably a middle of the road GM. If he won’t see a Super Bowl again but I could name about 10 teams with actual GMs that are run worse

I think he is the definition of a system QB. Quick slants, go balls and quick outs to the TE. If it’s not that type of throw he often struggles. His receivers didn’t help him though

He’s more than good enough. Probably a little overpaid. Hurts has proved you don’t have an elite QB to win big anymore. He sure could use a legitimate deep threat
