For Bama, it’s because our freshmen WRs weren’t ready to step up when we needed them vs UGA. Also, the refs wanted UGA to win.
Nothing goes together like A&M and men’s skeet.

We really do love our Canadians around here.

Like Dirk in that championship series against LeBron.
One thing that has me worried about the team going forward is what happened to guys like Ellis and Gary. They didn’t have the same “Dawg” mentality they seemed to have last season.

Yep, and often times you’ll see teams just picking their poison because they won’t be good enough defensively to defend all three and by trying to they will make too many mistakes.
I think the problem this season just boiled down to lack of defensive athleticism and poor 3pt shooting. A lot of times in the crunch situations we broke down defensively and then on the offensive end the defense just let us shoot the 3 because the odds were bad that we’d hit it.
Hopefully this upcoming season will nullify that and we will capitalize when they try that crap on us.

I agree, especially when he’s hitting that shot off the dribble. They have to send help from down low or from across the key and then someone else is going to have a lane or a three.
Should be a super interesting team. Especially once the roster fills out and we know what we really have.

A lot it times defensive effort is kind of contagious. Rarely do you have just one elite defender on a poor defensive team.
Look at Herb last season. Even some of our other players played up defensively because of his leadership.

That’s why I like the midrange with a capable player. It can really separate the Allstars from the superstars.
KD, Kyrie, Luka, LeBron, etc. can all hit that pull up J from 12-17 and sometimes it’s nearly impossible to stop them when they are hot.
If Miller gets hot and is making 60% from midrange one game, how do you defend the offense? Odds are a few games a year he will as he’s done it through his high school career.

When I did, the women’s tournament was the first scores that came up. I literally had to scroll down to find the men’s and it was during the men’s games.

Yea, honestly Oats seemed less interested toward the end of the season. Almost like everyone was just relieved to be done. The players, staff, etc.
Next season will be a breath of fresh air as this team was very frustrating as a fan. Just imagine how frustrating it must have been for the staff and players.

Since the Hogs are the true basketball school of the SEC now, they have to do a better job at representing the league.
For example, Georgia and Alabama usually find their way into the college football playoff, an Vandy or State usually finds its way into the college World Series etc,
Arky, we need you guys to make that final 4 every year or else we just all look bad.
Especially when the team that won the SEC regular season and tournament didn’t even make it far.

I’m kind of a nerd, so I enjoy things like Disney Villainous, Gloomhaven, Horrified, etc.
All I want is more couch coop/split screen games. They have really fricked up in that category. I understand they want more money, but there are a shite ton of people who’d buy a ps5 or Xbox if they had more couch coop games.
