I don't care how our team performed today. I'm happy that our team didn't give up like some teams in the past. Tough to beat arguably the hottest team in the country that has won now 15 of their past 17 games. Every team has problems and hopefully we can create some chaos in the dance.
And to all the Wade haters, we have a bright future ahead of us. A revival of the culture that promotes greatness in the sport. Barring the impending indictment that is beaming at our program like a meteor. I believe he is the answer. We have consistency. It may seem we have hit our ceiling but whenever we break through that ceiling, the league is in trouble. Though his passion gets our team in trouble, would you rather risk going back to the laughing stock of the Johnny Jones and Trent Johnson eras?

What is our offensive progression? Run around at the 3 point line and act like we are handing the ball off to a running back? But now that we are down 10+ we are running somewhat legitimate plays.
Another problem I have with this team in particular is the lack of close outs on defense. I feel as if we jump far too much on defense and then get breezed by for an easy mid range or being forced helpside for an easy dish?

First post from a longtime tigerdroppings lurker. I’ve watched almost every game this season and I swear I have rarely seen any of our players perform an shot fake that opposing team’s defense bites on. The same goes for charges. We try to take a charge once a game and never try again. We complain about fouls but if our team is going to commit to a foul heavy strategy of forcing the other team to earn every basket, I would only imagine we try to force fouls from them too?
