Which party is the one where I recognize government is a necessary evil to make a country like the US function but I hate every last one of these frickers and wish we could go back to the 1700/1800s style where local community leaders went to Washington for major decisions and then went home? That’s the one I like.
I just find it laughable that people on the right who are supposedly all for small government and less overreach are praising retards in balaclavas who would NEVER be allowed to be in standard law enforcement roaming the streets wreaking havoc.
I’m all for deporting illegals. Every last one of them can get the frick out and come back the correct, legal way. But these dudes larping around like operators is doing nothing but fueling the lefts rhetoric of “nazi this, nazi that”

Picture this: someone’s company has gone through restructuring and instead of following the succession plan in HR that your boss had put in place, they just pull another director over to perform double duty over your department and their original one. You’ve been there 5 years, been enrolled in leadership training, and told you were next up for Director. You’re still employed, the paycheck still clears, but you’ve now been told “hey, you’re not moving up here”.
I don’t think there’s any problem with letting others know you’d be open to a conversation about progressing your career outside of your current org

I read every night after some tv. It’s become a ritual where if I’m not in bed reading by 9:45, I feel off.
