Wow how dishonest. It said "failed to present any evidence of misconduct" etc.
They were given the chance to present their evidence. It's just that their evidence was comprised of conspiracy theory ramblings and hearsay.

Why do you think illegals wouldn't adjust their immigration patterns around the sections that would be put into place?
There are many places along the border where the river is rough enough or the terrain is tough enough that it's actually more of a deterrent than a fence would be.
If there's alot of migrant travel in that area and 20 miles over there's no natural formations that would limit travel then we should build a fence there also.
It's like you are going out of your way to misunderstand a very simple concept.

My favorite part about the "Biden is old and his brain is gone" stuff was how all of those morons had to make up lies after Biden wiped the floor with Trump at the debates. Trump even dropped out of one because he was a scared little girl
Biden did so good that they fabricated stories saying that Biden must have been on some kind of medicine during the debates lol. As if there's some kind of medicine that eradicates dementia for a few hours but drug companies don't want to make a fortune selling it to all the old people across the country, lol.
I swear, they are so stupid!

So far, you've made a bullshite comment attempting to suggest that I'm calling out wasteful spending here but likely haven't done it for other scenarios (which has nothing to do with the topic) and then to call me an alter when you realize you can't hold my jock strap.

That's a fair point. Some/many people are locked in to the idea that politics is a war and therefor we must be against something if the other side is for something. It happens and it can be silly. Speaking for myself, I've never been against walls or fences. I'm only against them if we put them in an area where no-one is crossing. Trump wanted to build a wall all the way accross. That's stupid. What he actually accomplished is to build a much better fences in the areas that actually need fences. Last I looked there was only a tiny area where Trump actually built a new fence where a fence didn't exist.
If congress had simply given in to the orange goblin, the federal government would have stolen private land in order to build a fence in areas where migration is already 0 or very close to 0.

Not a lawyer, but the only laws I know of involve states saying that you can't cross in to that state with items etc. which is pretty different than "you can't leave the state and do X".
Also there are federal laws regarding interstate commerce etc. which is why I specified "state government".

Some area's it's not. I think the best solution would include border walls in porous areas where migrant travel is very easy, increased border patrols in heavy areas, increased camera's or drones to make sure we have our people in the right areas, and likely the most important thing, some kind of policy that actually deters or punishes employers for hiring illegals.
because they aren't "perfect." So what is your perfect solution?

When leftists say "no court has found" on the issue of election fraud,

Courts have actually looked at evidence. This is a false talking point. Some lawsuits were tossed based on jurisdiction and standing without the evidence being reviewed. But other lawsuits went to court where "evidence" was presented and then shortly followed up by the judge explaining to Trumpers that conspiracy theories aren't evidence.
For example:

quote:
Over a day and a half of testimony and oral arguments, her team failed to prove anything beyond a handful of garden variety mistakes, Superior Court Judge Randall Warner said.
Chief Justice Robert Brutinel agreed, saying Ward's challenge had failed to "present any evidence of 'misconduct,' 'illegal votes' or that the Biden Electors 'did not in fact receive the highest number of votes for office,'" he wrote — "let alone establish any degree of fraud or a sufficient error rate that would undermine the certainty of the election results."

The point of Trump’s wall was to funnel illegal immigrants into choke points more easily, which would aid in enforcement.
I understand the point of the wall. I don't disagree with it. If we have an area where illegals are driving right through it en masse, then it very likely makes sense to put a wall there. That's why democrats and republicans have all voted for walls/fences in certain areas in the past.
Trump is the one that came in and wanted to put up a fence all the way across the border which would be stupid and wasteful.
My point was that if we found a hundred liberals and asked them "You need to go from here to there. Would a tall steel fence make it harder to cross" they would all answer yes except for maybe 1 or 2 retards in the bunch.

Corrupt Republicans like Romney ?
They literally signed a letter saying that Ukraine should get rid of that prosecutor (in 2016) because he was corrupt and then called for an investigation in to why Biden wanted Ukraine to get rid of that prosecutor.
These are very simple facts. And you won't address them because you seem to be immune to facts.

I just don't understand this line of thinking. Liberals have never said that fences or walls never ever work. Just that they are not the fool proof fix that Trump sold it as.
I don't know a single person that would lock up their home protection firearm if we just built a fence around their house. And the reason is very simply. Fences aren't perfect. They make it harder and increase the time required to cross, but they aren't perfect.

Can you provide some specific examples of how the right is recklessly spreading falsehoods?
The enitre post is "this is a all a big conspiracy!" and provides no proof. He points to a bunch of events that are not related at all and acts as though of course they are all staged events that were started by some puppet master. That's conspiracy thinking.
To get even sillier, he mentions things like the Mueller investigation which was started by a man that was handpicked by Trumps own appointment. It's pretty insane to suggest it's a big liberal conspiracy because the life long republican that was hand picked by trumps own attorney general started an investigation.
All you need to do to make it all make sense is picture a man reading the OP with a tin foil hat on his head and you are there. Sounds like crazy talk from a man that's been fed hatred and falsehood day in and day out.

So, if I give you three times the amount of money you annually earn and tell you that you can’t spend it on booze, that means that you can spend your salary on booze and use the extra money for everything else.
It basically frees up your salary to do what you want with it. Same thing with the federal funding of PP.
Fair point.
Lets say we have a business that does X. I charge patients money for me doing X, and sometimes people donate money to me so that I can do X for people at a discount.
I also do Y, and the government subsidizes some of the Y that I do for people.
The government is not subsidizing me doing X. They could stop giving me money and I could just stop doing Y and continue doing X. Even if the government stops funding Y that doesn't mean I'm going to pull money I'm making from X and spend it on Y.
There's nothing here that shows that if the government pays for PP to do a breast exam on a patient that this somehow magically opens up some money for an abortion. You can make the claim, but it doesn't make it true.
