Those guys went there for Lane. It’s a good but not great athletics program and these players have a chance to cash in on last years success.

Anyone not blinded by rage knew this would be coming.
Why are we creating a system where 18 year olds need to compete with 23 year olds. Pretty ridiculous.
Honestly wanted him back for depth.
I’d like to think we are a top tier program. Leveling up would not leave you many or any options.
I’d actually like to get one more Kicker. Two seems risky.
Proud to watch him rep LSU. He has had a strong career, and I believe he will finish stronger!

I say today we get:

1. Big Name QB *
2. An Olineman from OM*
3. Caden Durham to return*
4. Paul Mbenga to return
5. A couple roster fillers *
Really love the way this is setting up.

We can put these older guys on 1 year deals to bridge culture and Veteran presence.

Another healthy draft

Enough momentum and a QB that can lure a few key pieces in FA.

I believe 2026 could be special.

Some people are so thick headed they don’t understand how he rebuilt the future of athletics.

The basketball program was always a long term build. Get past the violations and set the new arena into motion.

No one has aligned the fundraising and donors as well as Woodward did. We would have sank completely out of the spotlight if Alleva had continued. Scott had his work cut out and he did a remarkable job putting us in position for long term success.

BK didn’t workout, but to say he wasn’t a splash hire at the time is naive. For that reason I understand the criticism, but Scott pulled the trigger to terminate BK and was ready to move. The governor then came in and took credit for the termination and next moves, even after criticizing Scott along the way.

I’ll take whoever Lane trust to run the offense and whoever proudly sports Purple and Gold.
