Totally correct. I will walk 20 miles - one way - to work and save up for my electric car. This is all going to be so easy we should have done it years ago. We should just completely cut off the oil supply and then everyone will be happy to buy an electric car!!

Pretty sure in the video the guy said he was half-way through his turn and she came flying up. I doubt he turned knowing he wasn't going to make it and she'd have to back up. She wasn't there when he started the turn, so she impeded him.
So obviously you think exactly like this lady, and because it's "your" lane he needs to go around.

Yep, me too. And the girl working was reloading it with money in the middle of a Saturday. Busy time, 5 people checking out, and she pulls out what looked to be about a $10k stack. 6-8 inch stack of bills. Probably wasn't all $20s but that's what I saw. Proceeds to crouch down and reload the machine. She's gonna get knocked out and have all that $ stolen soon. She's lucky I'm not a drug head or I would have done it right then.

Fast food and retail
Both killing themselves. (Not that I care) But look at Chick-fil-a. No problem finding workers, management is usually "older" - late twenties onward - and they stay slammed. And handle it.
Everywhere else hires the only people willing to work for what they are paying and it shows.
I'd go to popeyes 3 times a week if they were run like a chick. They aren't so I only go about once every 2-3 months.
Same thing with retail. Half the time you ask someone if the store has something and they either don't know or tell you to order it online.
I'm tired of chick and canes for my fast food options but they are the only ones with good service. I'd love to start a "good" fast burger joint and run it like a chick and start francising it. Someone will. Service will win out.
You're correct about the gig economy so we will see what happens there. It's fine for some, and will always be a fast way to make a part-time income, had a girl deliver the wife's walmart order in an audi the other day - so good for her for working for whatever reason she was.
I don't know if there really is a problem with the gig economy, other than it can probably become over-saturated quickly and earnings decline and make it not worth doing, but for those that stick with it, I guess you ride the waves of ups and downs.
*Old man rant. Social media isn't doing any of these kids any favors. Everyone wants to be a youtube or an influencer, or whatever and nobody wants to work. Hell, nobody ever wanted to work, but if you don't, then don't gripe if you don't have the things you want.

Yep. The argument would be the vehicle was not safe for operation on the highway and driver was negligent because they didn’t have it inspected. Gordon is on the lookout for expired inspection stickers on the vehicles of defendants of his cases. It has been used before.

I told her she needed to find another line of work if she couldn’t handle a bunch of 2nd graders and wanted them all to be zombies. Little kids evolved to have tons of energy so they could survive and I will admit asking them to sit still for hours is asinine and teachers should understand that. If they don’t they’re fricking idiots.
She got all offended and the conversation ended with if the shoe fits lady.
ETA. This was a private Christian school and this woman wasn’t that bright so the mention of evolution got her all riled up too. I might have dropped a “god must have just made him with all this energy and who are you to want him to be on medication” in there. Dumb bitch.

It was depressing as hell. So yes, you're damn right that lady's possessions, and by extension her own life, are worth more than that pos.

I’ll be honest and say I don’t watch a lot of YouTube movie reviews. So take this for what it’s worth.
But.
You just did bob. Best way I’ve heard this movie described. And 100% accurate.
Also, is anyone really adding anything unique? Or is it more about likeability and connection. Sure you’ll be saying a lot of what’s being said but you might just do it in a way people enjoy. I enjoyed your top gun 2 review.

This sequel takes the action of the first and brings a level of heart, conflict, and nuance to the dialogue that the original really lacked. This one manages to be serious without feeling cynical. It manages to be funny without being corny. It has heart without seeming cheesy. The cast is diverse without feeling forced. The old characters are flawed without being emasculated. There’s no woke preaching. It’s just a fun movie, with fantastic practical effects, and a tight script that I cannot imagine a single human watching it and not, in good faith, enjoying the experience.

Pretty sure the latest is the guy is still an ADA in Lafayette and never got suspended and is still practicing law.
They're (the good old boy network) just waiting till it cools down and one of his crooked judge friends will drop the whole thing.

I don't think that it does.
It means the government can't stop you from owning a firearm. In case you need that firearm to overthrow the government.
However, if a private business has a policy that limits firearms on their property, then it isn't a suspension of your constitutional rights. You can still own a firearm, you just can't bring it into this person's business, because that's their choice to allow firearms or not. You can then choose to not patronize said business.
They aren't restricting your right to own a firearm, just making their own policies about their property. I know you are going to argue that then it's limiting the constitution, but again, it's not.
You can still go home and own your firearms and wait for the government to come to kill you and defended yourself. You can still form your militia. That should never be in question.

They may not like it but I don't know why they are confused by it. The founding fathers were being oppressed by a foreign government. They knew the only way to break the stranglehold was by fighting a war.
Being able to take up arms is literally the 2nd most important thing behind being able to talk about the oppressive government without being punished.
In fact, the argument that you don't need an AR is stupid. The general population should be able to equip themselves with anything the military is able to. If I want an f-22, and can afford one, then I should be able to buy one.
