Also, why did we not have flu those first two years?

You would expect the flu numbers wouldn't change at all during lockdown, right ?
How many notifications of sex offenders have you received ever? I used to live in the kind of neighborhood were I got em all the time. Most were for for guys who got convicted of hiring a prostitute. Most as in overwhelming majority. I just started throwing them into the trash eventually.

Sorry! I'm ashamed to admit it, but I never learned the Moron language!
And Billy Nungesser didn't run for governor because he didn't want to drag his family through this shxt political environment. Not too many Republicans I could get behind but he coulda maybe been one of them.

It’s not a criminal trial and it will be overturned even if found guilty initially.

Why?

The same judge smiling for the cameras in the courtroom

Hey, not everyone can pull off Trump's charming frown.

First, the judge came biased.

Because......?

Get help.
quote:

Get the judge to become emotional. Make errors. Judges DO NOT LIKE to be questioned. They usually get away with garbage rulings because most defendants dont have the resources to put up much of a fight

So he gets the case overturned, which results in more Americans realizing its all been a railroad job since the first impeachment

Is that the kind of thing appeals courts like to see? Defendants clearly doing their best to bias the judge against themselves, and then arguing the judge was biased against them?

His lawyer fricking up and not checking Jury Trial was an all timer boner frick up.

I dunno you sure? Doesn't it just take a simple majority in a jury trial for civil cases? If that's the case I can see how they might pick bench as the lesser of two evils, maybe hoping the judge will get some threats from Trump's cult followers.
quote:

Notice how CBS anchors cut in and ended their coverage?

You really think that's a dignified thing? To film a man in his 70's throwing a temper tantrum?
Why is Trump doing his best to bias a judge against him in a bench trial?

Serious question. He's out in the lobby hammering the guy. What's the strategy here? I know it must be some genius strategy only a man of his intellectual ability could devise, but anyone have any ideas ?

Here’s my thing… if women want men to always pay, they should vacate those cush jobs so men can have them to earn money to pay

Oh yeah "cush" jobs like student guidance counselor and home care for people who can't wipe their own asses yeah no thanks.

Men should theoretically pay on dates if it is a good faith date and they were the one who asked.

this.

For at least the first few dates. If the couple can't figure out a way of doing things that they are both comfortable with by then, they shouldn't be together anyway.
I am outraged the members of this department were allowed to pick their name! This is a matter that the federal government should intervene on!

But I do find cowfarts, Milankovitch cycles, CO2 climate causation, currents, and/or continental drift falling short of explaining this:

Milankovitch cycles are so negligible

The star rules

??? The star rules, but it doesn't matter what path the Earth takes around the star or what it's attitude is relative to the star?

Ok. That don't make sense.

and the conditions on the star itself continues to be the source of variations worthy of being called climate change...

Okeey dokey like what does that even mean?

quote:

Your ever gone out in the morning and felt the radiation from the star and noticed that it is warm?

You ever notice when then Suns overhead it's a lot hotter than when it's in the other side of the Earth ?

Are you gonna actually explain anything or are you just throwing out speculation that hey, maybe the Suns it, even though there is no physical basis on which significant 100000 year oscillations in the Suns brightness can be based? Stars don't just change brightness for no reason. You get that right ?

Obama won a Nobel Peace Prize before serving his first year in office.

If that didn’t kill their credibility, nothing will.

It's always puzzled me that the right gets their feelings hurt over this. The Nobel Prize is awarded to the person they think did the most to "advance fellowship among nations, the abolition or reduction of standing armies, and the establishment and promotion of peace congresses". All three of these things are things that right wingers adamantly oppose. So why would you be envious over Obama getting a Peace Prize? Shouldn't your response be more like "Hey look, he's exactly who we said he was, he even won a prize for it!" ???

Literally, the only good thing this imbecile did in his entire term was to be a cheerleader for rapid vaccine development, and then he shxts all over it as soon as he can.

You have big tits? Congrats. Tuck them under your belt when you go into Walmart. No one wants to see those.

Why are you girlfriends telling you size don't matter in reference to your tits?

I have to admit, I did not see that one coming.

It’s been too long for sure.

What I am about to tell you will shock you, since every girlfriend you've ever had in your life has said the exact opposite, so take a seat. You ready? Here goes: size matters.

Do you support sexually explicit books with graphic illustrations of sex in our libraries and readily available to children?

What about the books without pictures? I guess we shouldn't worry about those, because in order to know if there was something sexually explicit in them, we'd have to....r.e.a.d...and that would take work?

Right. And if the Neanderthal had telescopes and written language, we might have those observations in hand.

Ummm, ok. So you admit there is absolutely no theoretical basis to suppose the Sun has 100,000 year cycles, but you're sure Neanderthals would have observed such a thing, because....then you'd be right ?!?

Sounds legit. Hey I got a good name for these cycles. Let's call them "God".

quote:

We do know stellar evolution occurs.

The nuclear timescale is of the Sun 10^10 years, The Kelvin Helmholtz timescale is around 3*10^7 years, the magnetosphere has timescales of 11 years and a few hundred, and the dynamical timescale is around 1600 seconds. ***If there is a 100,000 year cycle, what physics could possibly cause it?***

quote:

We do know pre-quaternary terrestrial temperatures were far higher than at present, and do not have an obvious relationship with Milankovitch cycles.

So you just assume it must be the Sun? What about the gravitational energy converted to heat in the Earth's interior? What about the chemistry of the atmosphere?

and even at its extremes remains moot until the orbit goes terminal for the whole planet billions of years from now.

I'm sorry, that's just a dumb thing to say

quote:

In the meantime, we have to realize that the sun's biggest radiation input, its only considerable input ever until solar doomsday, is the VARIATIONS of SOLAR RADIATION from the star itself.. Sun spots, pockets of nuclear fusion with its variations, flares, solar corona expulsion events, potential events about which we don't currently know about. Not earth orbit.

Ok. Sunspots cycle every 11 years, so thats out as far as explaining things that happen over 100000 years. The Suns brightness has increased 30% over the Earth's entire 4.5 billion year history, so in other words, not much over the last 100000. There must be some solar process that has a cycle of order of magnitude within 100000 years, if you're right, wouldn't there be? Can you explain the mechanism for that cycle ?
quote:

already said it

Yeah, I admit you contradicted yourself in your post, I agree.

A few hundred thousand? But the shortest cycle is 20k and the longest 100k. What do you mean by "flutter"?
