The stuff is everywhere. Cops, ED personnel and everyone in between now use gloves that shield fentanyl. It is invisible and wiped/residue left on surfaces you'd never imagine.

There are numerous medical journals written about CHS.
Many get relief by taking a shower… odd but true. I believe receptors are in overdrive, which causes vomiting. Maybe it’s a potency thing, could be genetic — they don’t know.

BAC is gold standard. Throwing the book at it would open the doors and negate every sobriety checkpoint where one breathalyzed and failed… aka rewrite the law on the “legal limit”.

They copy what’s ours because those who want to mass produce can send over their prototype like an idiot and get units made for nothing.
If anything was still made in America, sure it would be more, but we wouldn’t have half the BS — shoddy production, economic fragility, poor international relations with China.
They know stupid Americans need them.
And, the Chinese and Indian population are the two largest - the doctors and tech sector ppl represent the less than 1%.
