I don’t understand why we are making everything so hard. Proof of citizenship to vote, men can’t get pregnant, state and federal governments working together to serve our countries best interest.

If you enter country without authorization it’s a crime. Same as if you entered a home without authorization.

I still don’t get it. Don’t understand the resistance. Would these same folks protest if our soldiers under trumps direction were confronting a military invasion from another country?
I occasionally tune in after a day with big news stories already knowing what has happened. Always amazed how they ignore reality and substitute their own. Hopefully Scott is making some bank. He can’t get out a thought without Abbey Phillips interrupting or talking over him. Yet they let Anna or some of the other guests talk for minutes with no interruption. CNN doesn’t even try anymore.

I have same question of how you get to this point. I know part of answer is media, social and otherwise. Phones, internet continue to rewire how we think and interact. Less patience, critical thinking, consideration, etc.
Regardless, I don’t understand why these folks are so pro illegal entry into the country. Would these same folks be happy if someone took up residence in their home illegally? Would they be willing to feed and provide for them?

We have entered an interesting period in our country’s history. Slippery slope between freedom of speech/assembly vs open unlawful behavior and promoting criminal activity under the disguise of protesting. Local and federal folks better start working together.

I’m trying to look at this objectively but still can’t understand why citizens are opposing ICE. Would these folks call the police if their home was invaded?Would they expect United States Military to protect them if there were a foreign military invasion? We are in a world of hurt if these folks dictate our nations policy.
Anyone who has seen the videos, road was slick and officers slipping approaching the vehicle. One officer by drivers door trying to halt driver after she failed to comply to command. Another officer at front of vehicle. It’s not that easy to move quickly on ice/snow. She should have complied with officers commands.

I consider myself an independent. Not registered with any political party. I do align mostly with conservative values.
Trump is abrasive, egotistical but is doing some good things for the country. His style is abrupt as he is trying to turn a large ship quickly. Country has gone from ditch to ditch over last decade or so. Distance between ditches has gotten much wider.
We have an older population sitting at home watching 24 hour news entertainment. We have a younger population informed via social platforms. Opinions, views are being manipulated. I’m guilty of being caught up in those as well.
There were two good posts today. One was regarding IT tech professional explaining how 1/3 of social media posts with certain keywords aren’t from authenticate accounts or bots. Initiating posts to further some cause.
2nd post was regarding an author CS Lewis. What I took away was the more we try to be good or please people the more we lose our objective virtues. A lot of truth in this statement. Folks need to step back and really think about why or why not they are supporting immigration policies and what’s legal or illegal. We surround ourselves with folks of similar opinions and at some point we lose our own objective virtues.

I honestly have no idea how the government gets anything done. Every day another judge stepping in with a ruling. Let state taxes be used at discretion of state, federal taxes at discretion of federal government. If individual states don’t like federal allocation, have a discussion.

This is a very reckless stance on her part and not in the best interest of citizens. ICE is federal law enforcement. Statements like this put those officers and citizens in harms way. Local Police need to enforce the laws, aid other officers in their duties. Keep your personal politics to yourself which is expected in most professional workplaces.

AOC, Crockett and this person raise some serious questions about minimum standards for these type of government positions. It’s not limited to any single political party. Some of our government officials don’t even know what they don’t know. They should stay in their lane on what they know or ask genuine questions to understand and make informed decisions. We have folks in our government representing the citizens who get most of their information from social media. This narrative that folks entering without authorization isn’t a crime. With that same logic, I guess I can just walk into someone’s home and setup residence. Wonder if these protesters would be blowing their whistles while ICE was trying to remove me from their home.
Each November Christmas is approaching, Mizzou logs another win and Arkansas says wait until next year. Have no reason to believe next November will be any different.

Fair points. He’s not afraid to go after big names but designed qb runs appear to be a staple of his offense regardless. Horns greatest strength wasn’t running but … drink would run Tom Brady if he had the chance. Unless he has a proven talent, it appears he prefers running QBs to overcome some of his shortcomings.
He’s a very good athlete, stronger arm and more dynamic than pribula. With that said, I see a continuation of the same offensive struggles. I guess I’m hoping for any signs that offense evolves. Hate seeing how easy things look for other teams with comparable or lesser talent.

Possibly. Drink is infatuated with mobile QBs. Not ones that can move in pocket and extend the play but those that are extension of run game. With the predictable play calling and run game, not sure Simmons changes anything from what we saw this year.

I get kids hitting portal for playing time or personal reasons. Not a fan of free agents looking for big payday. I would rather over pay promising in state recruits vs 4M for a Cam Coleman.

I’ve come to the conclusion that drink is not a coach. He’s a CEO managing football operations. He shouldn’t dictate game planning, play calling. Leave that to coaches. He wants to be a lane Kiffin but is more like Jerry jones.
