Delilah has that fake nice disengenous Midwest accent that makes me want to run my truck off a bridge lol.
well brother i can tell you that she is almost exactly that in real life, and that was before i had any idea who she was. my interaction with her was fairly limited, but she seemed incredibly fake and she treated me like The Help the whole time, even though we were both just wedding invitees who were sort of helping out the morning of

The plan was to always to get people to accept all these subscriptions services as the new normal by starting them off at very cheap prices.
Then they just ramp up the price every year like the proverbially frog in a boiling pot of water.
They are guessing most people are too lazy or unaware to ever cancel.
Every single subscription service on the planet has done this, insane year over year price increases hot and heavy.
All the while they add absolutely nothing of value while the prices go up every year.
i agree with you that this was always the plan. i also agree with you that it is annoying, especially with the video streaming services that the prices keep going up and the content stays relatively the same. i'm in a constant ebb and flow of canceling services and then joining them again when tehre's something i want to watch. it's really irritating, but i acknowledge that i'm part of the problem by keeping on using them.
that said, for me, Spotify premium is well worth it, and would be worth it to me at twice the price. i listen to music all the time, and the ability to hear virtually any song I want, from virtually any location, at any time i want is pretty amazing to me. i have custom built playlists for workouts, driving, garage working, multiple genres, etc, and it's all downloadable to my phone as well. all this per month for the price of what one CD cost at a music store in 1998.
that said, i totally get why it wouldnt be for someone who just likes to have something on the background and doesnt care much about music one way or the other.

This is funny because I worked there and at their sister store (Hollister) in college, and it was the polar opposite. To the point that I believe the brand got a lot of backlash years down the line.
We only sold up to size 9 in women's jeans. When a woman would come in needing anything larger than a 5, we had a large ladder to grab to reach the upper sizes higher up on the wall. We were encouraged to make a big show of getting the ladder (I did not do this, but ladder in and of itself is probably not a great feeling).
We had strict requirements for employee appearance and basically only hired attractive young people. The position was actually called "model" for front of house people, and many of us were asked to come in and pose for advertisement shoots for the brand.
We were never spoken to directly about our weight (this was not the case when I worked as a cocktail girl at the casino, LOL), but they also didn't hire overweight people and we were a lot more clothed than the casino gig, so it might have been a non-issue.
Anyway, they've worked hard to try to scrub their history, and they've apparently gone wildly in the other direction.
i worked at AF in college as well, early 2000s era. can pretty much confirm all of this. they essentially told us to be dicks to the customers.
tons of hot chicks worked there and shopped there though, so it was a pretty good gig from my perspective.

I was part of a wedding with Delilah a couple years ago on Bainbridge Island. even used her Tahoe to drive some people around and prepare for the wedding. had no idea who she was, and only found out later that she was famous. still have her cell number in my phone from that weekend
so now the Left is actively in favor of a new war in the Middle East simply because Trump is not currently sending combat troops to Iran?
is that about right?
is that about right?

Good to see another poster who doesn’t suck federal law enforcement dick. This site is full of bootlickers. Well, except when they’re cheering on people breaking into the US capital and beating law enforcement, then protestors are patriots.
Do you realize there's a huge fricking middle ground between "borders are illegal" and bootlicking?

You don't get jacked by lifting weights and eating protein. Being jacked makes you lift weights and eat protein.

I assumed he was in his mid 20s at least in the 80s.
i mean he was born in 1966 which would make him 20 in the mid 80s and mid 20s before the end of the decade...not sure why your mind is so blown? lol

the front end / grill continues to get wider across and shorter top to bottom which is making it look a lot like the old Hummer H3, and a lot less like a Jeep.

Just that the intent of the driver was a primary focus of the press conference. That’s all I was saying.
It was relevant to the govt narrative before they knew all the video existed.
There’s a lot more discussion regarding the big picture, outside of just pure law enforcement protocols related to moving vehicles.
ok. that's a lot of words that dont really amount to much.
we dont know what her intent was. we'll never know what her intent was. and it doesnt MATTER what her intent was.
