re: The last Democrat President that didn’t hate the USA

I would agree with you, my brother, but I'm like some of the others. I know Bill Clinton had his faults but as a conservative I really thought he did not do too bad of a job, especially with the economy. Sure. He had his faults but I would say I'm okay with Bill Clinton, although you're probably right JFK was the best
re: So, who's the worst president ever?
Posted by windhamtiger on 4/10/26 at 7:14 am to Lutcher Lad
I mentioned in a thread the other day that I definitely thought it was. Joe Biden being the worst president ever and you bring up some very good points when you look at his overall cabinet in the open borders. But I go back to Jimmy Carter and what we're dealing with today and how he worked behind the Shaw of Iran and what we're dealing with today is all because of him. I always used to say that Jimmy Carter lived long enough to see a president worse than him that being Joe Biden, but I now wonder if it's not a close tie between the two

Thank you so much for posting. What a great memory. I was a young lad but I still remember that game and what a great game it was. And Tommy Casanova was definitely one of my favorite players as a young lad and my late Uncle Vernon loved him some. Tommy Casanova just curious, does anyone know who that is lineman or linebacker that's hitting Joe theisman as he's throwing the ball. If anyone had that information, just curious. Thanks and again thanks for sharing buddy

I believe centcom has confirmed it's an f-15e not an f35 and reports that one pilot has been rescued. I guess the weapons officer is still missing although there are reports that he or she has been recovered. Also, great news on a good Friday for both our Americans

Thanks for sharing Jax tiger. That's pretty cool. I'm one of the older ones on here that can remember Neil Armstrong and buzz Aldrin stepping on the moon back in 1969. Watching that with my parents to me, it's cool that we're heading back. This is basically the repeat of the Apollo 8 who went on the dark side of the Moon and back then it was a big deal because we lost communication till they were able to come around the other side. I remember that on Christmas Eve like it was yesterday. Thanks for the pics man. Cool
re: Flathead Valley Montana is Overwhelmingly White
Posted by windhamtiger on 3/31/26 at 9:53 am to skylane
My family and I moved to Montana in 2008 and lived in the Stanford Montana area for right at 8 years till we moved back to take care of my dad who was getting sick in 2015. Montana is a great state, but I'm afraid with all these programs that are on TV like Yellowstone US Marshals the new one on Paramount the madisons I believe. Obviously, Montana is an absolutely beautiful state. Love the falls and Summers up there. Winters can be a little bit harsh, but you are so right. I think University of Montana is definitely has more California students than I would say Montana students. I would say Montana State definitely has more Montana students. This is just my guess. I'm not for sure, but I'm afraid we're going to have too many people from California and other liberal states moving into the state and what a pity that is going to be. Good luck in the Flathead valley. Beautiful part of Montana for sure. Although I I venture to say the whole state is as beautiful as can be even Eastern Montana with the flatlands

Right, people just left the pmac just a while ago. Definitely you can feel the energy it is back and we're not expecting a national championship in the year or two. But you can best assure we're going to be competitive and not just losing all these SEC ball games. Go Tigers
re: So we won a series at home against a mediorcre Kentucky team
Posted by windhamtiger on 3/29/26 at 4:38 pm to Turnblad85
Dude where do you people come from man I mean we won a series and I listened to Todd Walker last week who said that Kentucky is not a mediocre team. They're the top half of the SEC. Dude. Where do you people come from? I have never seen so many negative fans on a.no wonder Nick Saban didn't want to stick around here. We got the most negative fans some of the most negative fans that I've ever seen

Love the Darth Vader reference but more than that being an old NASCAR fan and when I say old I'm not talking about the new NASCAR. the intimidator. Wow! I'm just thinking of seeing that black magic number 3 in the rear view mirror with the black goggles and the black helmet dude you could not have put it any better. Thanks for posting!

re: Does LSU use old John M Parker coliseum anymore? Plans for future use?
Posted by windhamtiger on 3/25/26 at 2:11 am to TJG210
You are correct, the 13th gate was in the livestock area behind the Parker coliseum. I think the very first year may have been in one of the old dormitories. I can't remember. I do remember going to a haunted house over in LSU in a three or four story dormitory but that's before it was the 13th gate. But you are correct. Real good friends with Saundra Lane who was a big part of the 13th gate as was Gerry Lane enterprises sponsoring and definitely the livestock area behind the coliseum was the original 13th gate
re: Basketball LSU versus Wichita State
Posted by windhamtiger on 3/22/26 at 12:34 pm to windhamtiger
Thanks for all the replies my tiger brothers. So glad to see so many of you. That post here was there with me at both games that Friday night game where we flat got after Arkansas and then the Wichita State game. I think one time I remember. I think it was Tyrone black turned around and had a clear way to go and just stuffed it right through that. Superdome went crazy. What a great time it was. I think that was during the Wichita State game. But thank you all for responding. Glad to know we were all tiger Brothers together. Go Tigers!
Basketball LSU versus Wichita State

Who on this site was at the LSU versus Wichita State game 45 years ago to the date on a Sunday down in the Superdome when we defeated Wichita State to make it to one of our first final fours. that weekend I was down there the Friday night when we walloped Arkansas and Eddie Sutton paying them back for one of our only losses early in the season and then getting Wichita State on that Sunday. What a day to remember. some great basketball dates back then. Even if Dale Brown wasn't the greatest of coach, he was a salesman and he did bring some excitement to LSU basketball at one time. Go Tigers. Just curious as to who was all there 45 years ago to the date and on a Sunday

re: Out of the sports to lose money in 24-25. Baseball lost the least amount.
Posted by windhamtiger on 3/12/26 at 2:06 pm to Mbeloso
And stop and think about what you're posting there which I think is right on point men's basketball. As sorry as it has been the last 4 years still turns a profit. Now. If you have a winner, how much more of a profit would that sport be turning? I know it's more than just butts in the seats, but when you have more butts in The seats you're selling more programs. You're selling more concessions that all has to add up and as much as I am a baseball fan, it's something else that baseball loses money, which when we talk about revenue sharing the real hard-liners for baseball. Have to think about that. anyway. I want us to be great in every program and of course women's basketball I'm pulling for. have gone to the games and will continue to pull for her. But we do need to look at cutting expenses somewhere in there if we're losing that much money
