Don't forget the PP7 pick six a few years back. Called out of bounds by the replay official who happened to be a relative of bear Bryant, or so the rumor was.

Let your boys shoot a young buck each. If you keep the does fat and happy the bucks will come. But, on a small place, if you shoot all but a few does, once they are bred ,all your big bucks are leaving to go find some action. happens on my small place every year.

us forien aid by country

thought I would drop this here for yall. Found this site the other day. You can pick any country and see the us aid package break down to them.
Notice the graph. Looks like 2010 was a banner year for aid giving under HRC. Wonder how much of that made it back to the Clinton foundation.
Also notice 2016 almost every country got a nice raise before Obama left office.
2018 trump has made some changes.

re: 7.3 diesel question

You don't really need an aftermarket air cleaner either. A good high flow filter will give you all the air flow you need to run the turbo. Stay away from the aftermarket filter you can clean. any time you can see through an air filter it cant be stopping dust from getting through.

IMO, unless you building a race truck, you don't need 4" or bigger exhaust. Stock pipes are 3.5" already. I did cut off the muffler and strait piped mine.

also I did put a ts 6 position tuner on my truck. But know that with stock injectors you really cant use more than the 50 or 70 hp tune. stock injectors will not take enough fuel past that. thoughbred diesel is where I got my chip.

You should not have to crack and bleed the fuel lines. The fuel pressure regulator is kind of like a check valve with a spring on the out line of the fuel filter bowl. You should probably just cycle the key a few times to let it fill up and build up pressure.
There are 2 filter screens in the tank along the pick up that need to be cleaned if not replaced.

As far as fuel additives, I just run a bottle of diesel kleen through from time to time.

Look up the hutch and harpoon mod. You can cut off the fill tube in the tank with a pvc cutter. That will allow you to put several more gallons of fuel in.
Also a good idea to do away with the snap on fuel line fittings by the pump that will suck air.
Another good mod I did is hook up a 12v LED to the out side of my glow plug relay. That way you know when the glow plug cycle is finished the warm up and will let you know if the relay stops working.the glow plugs will stay on almost 2 minutes when its cold out.

Go to ford truck enthusiast.com look up the 99-03 7.3 forum. lots of good info to be found and helpful people.
I have a 99 7.3. It likes shell rotella 15/40 oil. I think it lasts better than some cheaper oil. I run mobil one oil filters and whatever fuel filter, just change it every 10k.
make sure you have a full oil level or these trucks don't run right.
if the truck runs bad or dies below 1/4 tank of fuel, your pick up in the tank is broken.
look up riff-raff diesel. they sell the best replacement parts way cheaper than the ford dealer.
you can ohm out the injectors and glow plugs through the 42 pin connecter on the drivers side valve cover. check the wires there for rubbing on the valve cover also.
Nice to meet you the other day wick. Guns are made to use imo. They can still be pretty with some use marks. Got my Winchester 101 20ga all muddy Friday. Lol

Rebuilding the diversion rock bed will send more water down the Amite and into the swamp. Whats to study? Dump some freakin rocks where they used to be!
Thats all my old buddys in the pic. all we did back in the 80`s, hunt, fish, and play ball.

new bow shop

Posted by GROCK on 9/14/17 at 9:32 am
Just wanted to let yall know there is a new bow shop in Baton Rouge. Its at greenwell springs and sullivan in the oak point center. They have a big indoor range, sell bowtech and bear bows and have some basic gear since they have just opened.
Its called Gotham archery. Look them up on facebook.
Good luck this season.

Hey alx tgr, I know the goo in that picture. Curious who he is to you.

BTW, the hump on the goo`s back has fat in it that taste bad. Trim that off when you fillet and it taste just fine to me.
I might add that jay womack , in the link I gave above, only does deer no fish or small game. Last time I talked to him he was doing over 200 a year if I remember right. Said he had a good system down and got mine back within 6 months.

re: Louisiana Pre-K enrollment

Its true they do take special needs kids first here in LP. But, they also take a certain number of "normal" or smarter kids regardless of income. They assign these kids to be a peer group or team leader to help some of the other children. This was how the school explained it to me.
I am raising my grand daughter whose mother was too young and lost her dad to a car wreck at 6 months old. I got her in pre k even though she was very smart and I made too much money. I think it turned her into a leader at school. She just finished the fifth grade last week. She was one of a handful to have all A`s honer role and gathered six different awards or so. She also won the dare essay award.
Anyway, I guess it cant hurt to apply.
Check out this site chadboy. Lots of folks use them for the 7.3 like I have.

You might want to go to the ford truck enthusiast forum and do some reading. They have a forum dedicated to each model.
I use the old lady on arnold rd. often. KOA and live oak hardware are two more. Heres an example. Last weekend I ran out of gas while cooking. Ran to carters grocery, the closest place, and did a 5 gal swap. 24 dollars with tax. Couple days later I took my 7.5 gal bottle to live oak and they filled it for 19 bucks. If the stamp date is over 10 years they usually wont refill it.
Yep, Ben does a great job calling the games. Him and his whole family for that matter are good people. I graduated with Ben and played centerfield behind him all through high school. He is probably one of the most decorated athletes to pass through LSU.
Find his dominant eye and let him shoot that way. He will have a much easier time hitting a moving target. Im right handed/ left eye dominant. Been shooting right handed guns my whole life with no issues.
Gonna throw you another wrinkle. you said he was left handed, If he plays baseball and is left eye dominant, he should probably bat right handed. I know people bat both ways but he should be able to see the ball better righty.
Went though port Vincent today. For those who dont know the public launch at Freds is closed. They are actually redoing the launch. They built a sea wall and have a big pump keeping the water out. I walked over and talked to one of the guys. He said it would be the end of Feb. to mid March before it re opens.

If you are around the baton rouge area look up the ARTAC club. They are on facebook and have a web page. They put on trad shoots every year and are based out of waddel refuge on flannery rd. in BR.They have a lot of good guys willing to help you out. Membership is cheap. I am a member.
My main bow is an acadian woods hybrid lonbow @ 50#.Missed my first deer with it this year.LOL After hunting with a compound for over 20 years I find it a lot more enjoyable to shoot.
Sorry yall Ill get this picture thing right soon. Don't want my whole photobucket on TD.
There is no void. there are lots of imperfect shots. shot looked good but really just a little bit off. arrows can defect off bones or the deers reacts and moves at the last second. things happen fast at the time of the shot.

Here is a cutoff of a frozen deer. I drew some lines that could be arrows and all non lethal, that would probably look like a good shot in that split second.
Always leave mine on ice at least a week but have gone longer.

If the eskimos can eat a wooly mammoth that appears from under the ice, Ill take my chances with two week on ice deer meat.
Yea its a cool site.
I inherited a late 40`s early 50`s high standard .22 model B semi auto pistol from my dad and was able to find a manual for it on there. Even had the price, 20.00 brand new. I got it at the gunsmith right now getting the once over.
that should be blunt enough.
