They way these guys are playing, mixed with the talent level and experience coming back, there is a real possibility of this happening. There isn’t a team on the schedule next season that they can’t beat.

I’ve been a fan of Mertz since his 1st game in 2020. I was stoked about him coming to Florida. The way he handled himself in Orange and Blue has been more than anyone could’ve asked for. I hate for him to go out like this.

This is also year 4 for Lea. He went 0-8 in the SEC year 3. I think the real take away is that development takes time.

We went from two 5th year seniors in the backfield to two true freshmen in the backfield. It was noticeable, and an injury was the only way Tennessee was going to stop Montrell that game.

I may be the only one not in the fire Napier bandwagon, but I was also never in the fire Mullen bandwagon either.

I think the strength and conditioning is ultimately what caused Napier’s failure. They are too focused on building lean muscle instead of fast bulging explosive muscle. Our players aren’t quick, but they are fast. Our edges are undersized on the dline. They are strong, but not powerful

I agree with the title of this post, but not so much with the content comparisons. The real question I would ask is how high would you draft Kelce or Gronk if you could go back in time. That is Bowers. He is an Elite, must have. If you don’t need a QB then you need Bowers.

Kirby had never been a head coach before Georgia. Meanwhile Deboer just got his team with less talent than Alabama to be the runner up National Champions.
This isn’t Deboer’s first head coaching job, he has a great P5 track record.
Saban only wasn’t considered top 2 in 2007 because Steve Spurrier, Urban Meyer, Mack Brown, Jim Tressel, and Bobby Bowden were all coaching. It was known that Saban was going to win a National Championship. He had already done it at a lesser school

A lot of the money on the stadium reno is going towards making The Swamp ADA compliant.
They have been grandfathered in, but if undergoing any type of major renovation, then they are required to meet code.
