I lived in south Louisiana for 10 years and now Utah the past 5.

Good pull.
I do think you have to allow for some inflation from around 2008 to present, as the passing rules became more lax and numbers have exploded.
Irvin was far more impactful than some contemporary receivers who have more total yardage.
