Exactly.
I know the people on this board consist of mostly retards but I didn’t mean this was the only reason they are successful like some idiots in this thread have interpreted. But it is one of the core or base reasons.
Further keeping a team together and having great coaching is obviously a killer combo, add in maturity.
I think the step backwards in offensive production across college football can be put down to the volatility we are seeing. Not only on a team level but 18-21 year olds aren’t staying anywhere long enough to truly absorb anything.

Staying together I think is a big deal too. We’ve been watching hero ball for so long… turns out football is still a team sport.

Indiana has approx 25 5th and 6th year players Oregon has around 14. Indianas entire starting lineup nearly aged 21-24.
