Kelly at ND was at his dream job too.

ND was not his dream job. He viewed it as a stepping stone to the NFL because as everyone is aware, Kelly is only concerned with Kelly. When the NFL took a hard pass he eventually wore out his welcome at ND and took the bailout option to LSU where he figured he could coast.

Still. Single man thanks your candy arse.

He hasn’t killed a kid at LSU.
You’re arguing with a group of certified idiots. Now the backup QB mantra has started. As if the game doesn’t count. Nevermind ND was also playing a significant number of backups. Frankly if Beck had played it wouldn’t have been any different. He’s not much better. Sour grapes from a group that overpaid for a mid coach at best.

Kelly couldn’t take advantage of the program Kelly built. Glad someone is.

Guess I'm an Ohio State fan now. The leprechauns should not be playoff eligible until they join a conference.

All the conference champs are eliminated. You think that matters now? Retard.
Dude, how many second stringers was ND playing? A bunch.
Uh ND lost that game to UGA. Also that 2020 game against Clemson was also against a backup QB. So if UGA was a backup let’s keep apples to apples.
Now they’re all saying the SEC is down. Bunch of count.

No doubt he watched it. Hopefully, he watched it at a recruits house instead of just at home on the couch alone.

I’m sure at least his real estate agent was with him.

Kelly would not have lost to Northern Illinois as well

True. He also would’ve been throttled by A&M and found a way to lose to USC. Hell he had a penchant for losing to Navy as well.
Awww. Bless your heart. Maybe someday you’ll guess two words that go together to form an actual insult. But more likely you won’t. But you’ve done well for being a mouth breathing codpiece.

Has there been a coaching change? Get ready to be disappointed.

What coach was responsible for arranging such a schedule?

re: When will BK get a ST Coach?

Posted by ElCaptain on 11/24/24 at 12:44 pm to
Shitty ST has always been and always will be a feature of a BK team. Doesn’t matter who is designated as the ST coach. I really don’t think he spends any real time on ST practice.

Actually they were ecstatic that a bunch of retard rednecks took a chance on an old white never was hack of a yankee.

Dead girl or live boy? You need a picture of him with one of them. Because unless you’re willing to pay him 30 on top of the guarantee he ain’t going away for less than guarantee. That’s more than 30 million.

So no yankee fricktard TV to be be broken by a redneck fricktard? Got it.

re: Kelly is just not one of us.

Neither is Trump. What’s your point.
Actually those of us that knew, well we knew. And we were giddy as hell when BK left town. The stuff everybody is complaining about on this board isn’t a new phenomenon with BK. It’s who he is and always will be. I wouldn’t be shocked to see him eventually bench JD this year and go with Nuss. Nuss will probably play pretty well. If the trend follows it’s far more likely Nuss will either flatline or regress next season. BK has a pretty long track record of ruining QBs. Denbrock won’t go anywhere unless Woody forces BKs hand to do something or if Denbrock chooses to go elsewhere on his own. There’s about 12 years of trend you can look up to see how this movie plays out. The only difference this time is LSU may actually shitcan BK instead of allowing him to walk away on his own terms.

He was 54-9 the last 5 years there and they were stunned and dismayed when he left.

If telling yourself that makes you feel better great. But it ain’t true. Most of that 54 was against garbage competition and most of the 9 was against elite competition with a few of the standard BK head scratchers thrown in. A not insignificant portion of those 54 victories against lesser teams also proved to be more difficult than it needed to be.

Look at the top 10 recruits of Louisiana vs. Indiana

You realize ND recruits outside of the state of Indiana? Their roster has a whopping 6 players from IN.

I don’t see it ending well for BK in Baton Rouge. I hope I’m wrong.

It’s going to end great for BK because as long as he doesn’t do anything stupid like kill another kid and get fired for cause he pockets $90MM without having to drive to work every day.

re: ND fanbase warnings…..

Posted by ElCaptain on 9/4/23 at 10:51 am to
Because the ND AD is as big an egotistical jackass as BK. BK was his handpicked coach. He wasn’t fired after killing a kid. He wasn’t fired after going 4-8. He wasn’t fired after having to vacate wins in 2012-13. In fact the only reason he is even recognized as ND’s winningest coach is because ND continued to recognize the vacated wins. The only way BK was leaving South Bend was in the manner he did. Someone else had to take him off ND’s hands.
Kelly never ever defers.

I’m just pointing out you said Notre Dame and how their 1st year head coach is making do with what he inherited. Who exactly did Freeman inherit that program from?
