No he wasn't. His mom had him tested.
I have stage 4 colon cancer. I don’t have have to do radiation but I’ve been doing chemo for over 3 years. When I first saw the side effects I was very concerned like you. In my experience the chemo affects people differently. Hopefully it won’t be bad for you.

Do you know which chemo you will be taking? I’ll be glad to help with any questions you may have.
I'm glad you were able to get help and get clean. Congrats.

Adding Arrows and Text to a Picture

Posted by marty on 12/8/21 at 5:49 pm
I'm trying to put together step by step instructions for a manual. I'm using Word to do screen clips to show where to go in certain parts of the software. I can save the screen clippings to a picture.

I'm looking for a program I can use that will allow me to add arrows to point to things and add text. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Praying God's healing for you. I will continue to pray for you. Keep fighting!

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in December 2018, two days after my 53 birthday. I'm the same way. I tell everyone I'm pretty good no matter how I am feeling but you can't help but think about it all the time.

I would highly recommend MD Anderson. I'm going there and was able to get into a clinical trial when my chemo wasn't working any more. They have great doctors there. The whole staff there are great.

As for helping your friend, I would say tell him he can vent to you and tell you what is really going on and how he is feeling. Tell him it will be just be between you and him.
These are pretty bad arse. Each player has an American flag in their locker to carry onto the field.

Jeff will have the info that you need.

We've been going there for at least 10 years. We go with my wife's family. My father-in-law has been booking through Jeff most of that time.

We don't go out much. We mainly take turns cooking at the house. Its beautiful out there. During the week there isn't a lot of traffic on the lake which is nice.
We use Fromm. Our dogs love it.

That's a great idea. I go there every few months to get blood work and scans. I get my treatments locally. Luckily my brother lives in Houston and I stay with him when I go.

Like someone else said you can get a list of free places to stay nearby but they fill up really fast.

I not really a fan of these bands but I totally agree. Definitely in before some of the bands that got in recently.

I saw them at Tipitinas sometime in the 90's can't remember what year. Similar situation, a friend invited me to go. I've heard of them but didn't know much about them. What an eye opener. It was definitely entertaining. I remember someone sprayed pepper spray in the crowd during the concert.

They have a couple other versions that are more expensive. You can always find coupon codes for 15 to 20% off.
Here's a thread from a couple years ago where someone asked the same questions. There are a lot of good advice.

One thing we did that I'm glad we did was have regular stairs leading into the attic instead of a pull down. It's so much easier getting things in and out.

Good luck.

Regardless, Simon has no regrets. He even made a point of exonerating HBO for "The Wire's" shorter run this season by explaining that if they truly needed more time to wrap up their story (which initially included the revelation that Randy is indeed Cheese Wagstaff's son)

Just sent a donation. God bless. I'll be praying for them.

“We are a cancer and there is no cure,” a successful and insightful TV veteran said to me. “But if you could find a cure, it would change the world.”

As it is, this cancer stokes national division, even in the middle of a civil rights crisis. The model blocks diversity of thought and content because the networks have incentive to amplify fringe voices and events, at the expense of others… all because it pumps up the ratings.

Speaking as a person with cancer, I find the use of this word to be offensive and I demand MSNBC be cancelled immediately.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer which spread to my liver and peritoneum in December 2018, a day after my 53 birthday. Had to have the tumor and 25% of my colon removed the next morning. I met with an oncologist locally then went to MD Anderson for a second opinion. Luckily they were on same page with treatment. I've been doing chemo since February 2019. I get my chemo treatments locally.

They changed the type of chemo I do recently. I was told from the beginning that eventually I would have to switch to a different form of chemo. They said everyone does. I go back to MD Anderson every 2-3 months to get scans and tests. The good thing about going there is that they have clinical trials if what you are doing isn't working.

I have good days and bad days. I have been able to keep working even during chemo. I try to keep a positive attitude about it but sometimes its hard. I joined a colon cancer support group page on Facebook. Its not just for people with colon cancer but also includes family. It's helped to read what other people are going through and to hear success stories. There are a lot of supportive people in the group.

I'll be praying for your dad and your family. A lot of people don't realize how hard it is for the family also. Good luck.

It kept going to the black screen with the Dell log and saying Preparing Automatic Repair. It would sit like that and never do anything. I googled it to see if I could fix it and found there was a Preparing Automatic Repair loop problem. I tried a few things but couldn't get it to stop. If I turned the computer off and waited a while to turn it on it would work fine. It was a pretty fast computer when it worked. Newegg's return policy is 30 days for return or refund. I had no problem getting the refund. The computer comes with a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor. Of course they do offer a 1 ($59.99) or 2 ($109.99) year SquareTrade warranty.
I was looking to get a new desktop too. I recently purchased a refurbished one from Newegg but it had some problems so I sent it back for a refund. That was the first time I got a refurbished computer. Anyone have good experiences with refurbished computers.

I saw this one on Newegg today. I'm sure it has more than I need but that's a pretty good price if refurbished is the way to go.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in December 2018 at the age of 53. I had not had one yet. My doctor said insurance pays for people to get one at 50 but studies now recommend getting one at 40. I wish I would have gotten one at 50. Please don't put it off.
