This was my first career job. It’s a fantastic career for all the things you’ve mentioned. You also work closely with the docs as a sonographer, which can be pretty cool. It also opened the door to my 25 year second career in medical sales.

I was working in the ER in Baton Rouge in the 90’s and someone died one night in the same way, fell in the dough mixer. That was a long time ago, but I think it was at a local Domino’s.
