Was Diamond for 12 years in a row before Covid. Lifetime Gold now. If ever hit Diamond again, I hope somebody shoots me.

If you look at the news feeds, I did an interview with Fox 8 out of NO yesterday. I was back at the airport today, flying to Denver, then Tampa. I am using SouthWest. Not because of what happened Friday, but because Delta does nothing to differentiate themselves post Covid. I flew SWA twice to Hawaii in the past 4 months and would choose them again in a heartbeat.

By the time I connected with a medallion support person Friday/Saturday, I was half-way to Houston...with my own resolution. I bet you half the people on that flight are still not home. Delta is bad right now and for years I considered them "my" airline

I was on the flight. If a restaurant had been open, I would have bought the whole flight crew dinner. They did an amazing job shutting it down just before wheels up. Amazing response time and professionalism.

Doesn't change the fact this is happening too often. Delta really dropped the ball helping people get home. Waited on hold or in line for hours, (I have 2.2mil miles with Delta) then I just grabbed a rental car and a microwave burrito. Drove all night to Houston to get flight home
