It’s totally real. He actually had a plastic surgeon remove the tattoo from his one arm and then got the same tattoo on the other arm just to coverup this totally real story.

It’s in reference to his recent comments about democrats being the “enemy within” and his intention to use the national guard or military to handle them. I’m surprised you guys didn’t hear about this, he’s referenced it several times this week in different interviews and rants.
