re: Garmin Watch help

I have the Garmin Fenix 7 pro, 47mm. It might be the coolest thing I have ever bought, gadget wise. It seems to be a huge upgrade from Whoop on the biometrics, which I had for 2 years. Garmin needs to take note of the whole paralysis by analysis thought though, because there are way too many types, and versions of those types to choose from.

I have been reading TD daily since about 2008. Graduated from LSU in 2013. Anyways, I figured now would be a good time for a 1st post.
I am in the O&G industry in the Permian, but due to some autoimmune issues I basically had to make unconventional health/wellness a serious hobby. After several years of this, I partnered with a friend of mine who had Lyme's (similar path as me) and we created a health and wellness company called Republic of Health. We actually just launched a nootropic called Flow which provides a calm focus a few months ago.
A few things that we wanted to combat on making this, and subsequent supplements: we wanted to keep it very simple, but highly effective. With the guidance of a neuroscientist and 2 years of trialing, we cut the ingredients down to 4. No proprietary blend - kind of insane to take something that you are unsure of the doses of the comments imo. We have no powder lubricants or fillers. During those 2 years we also vetted suppliers as we wanted the highest possible quality of ingredients that we could get our hands on. The mushroom extract was probably the most difficult to locate, lots of bs in that realm. Through this process we learned that the industry is set up to create highly marketed supplements composed of trash ingredients, which was not all that surprising.
The ingredients of Flow are:
Lion's Mane Mushroom extract, L-Tyrosine, Suntheanine (synthetic form of L-Theanine), and NutriGP Magnesium.
Flow goes really great with coffee/caffeine, as it allows you to leverage the upside and mitigate the edge, but also great on its own. www.republicofhealth.com. Republic of Health If you want to try it, shoot me a pm and I will send a discount code.
