How does a chancery court judge in Mississippi have the authority to order the NCAA to do anything outside of MS?

From the court's webpage:

The Lafayette County Chancery Court hears cases involving matters in equity, divorce and alimony, child custody, last will and testament, guardianships, conservatorships, cases of idiocy, lunacy, and persons of unsound mind, matters of land deeds and title disputes.

(Well, maybe the bold text explains it.)

That's because Bama needed more help from the transfer class than UGA did.
If the NCAA has no enforcement power, how would the SEC have enforcement power?
Is this where the Ole Miss fan tries to convince us all that a state judge in MS can use the full faith and credit clause?
Jenny Dell?

Of those listed, Laura Rutledge is my clear winner.

I was a Redskins fan. The NFL fired me.

LSU fan here. Trinadad will get the waiver from the Mississippi Court system approved

A state judge in MS has no power to force the NCAA to let him play.

The numbers that I found online show the following per recruiting class:

5*- less than 50, .01% of each class
4*- less than 400, 13% of each class

That's not enough to fill the SEC, much less all of P4.

3*- 44% of each recruiting class.

The above are averages, and each class can fluctuate slightly.

That will make 3 titles in a row for the Big 10.

I think it's time to fire Sankey.

Sheesh. That's some mental gymnastics.

The Power 5 should have told the NCAA to kick rocks a long time ago. They do not need the NCAA and they definitely do not need the NCAA telling them what to do.

Football: maybe.

All other sports: nope.
Why not just vote for five years of eligibility if they are going to do that...

My parents didn’t attend but were longtime season ticket holders. I “grew up” as a fan but now I am an alum.

I’m an OKST fan because I am an alum.

My football loyalties follow my matriculation.
That’s not how the full faith and credit clause works.

Go to NYC with your MS firearms carry license/permit and see how full faith and credit works for you.

One of the ways cases reach the SCOTUS is the appellate court districts ruling differently from each other.

He transferred to Georgia Southern.

The SCOTUS decision does not allow for NIL caps.

So you've got degrees from both schools? Just curious.

I have graduated from four schools, so far, including UGA and OKST.

Diego Pavia just played this entire season under an Injunction. The injunction was put in place in December and rules that Pavia was eligible while the suit was litigated on its merits. The suit is still not finalized.

The NJCAA and the NCAA are separate organizations.

FBS and D-II are divisions of the NCAA.

Pavia's argument was that the NCAA couldn't count the seasons that were not NCAA. Chambliss's seasons were all in the NCAA.
