Well, looking at those highlights, he looks like he could be a lot like what Tre Harris was with Kiffin back in 2024. He was on track to be a first rounder and an All American before injuries and this kid plays similarly and has a lot of physical comparisons. Nobody has said anything about him being a first rounder but if he can establish himself as the top dog, then nothings stopping him. Of course, this can be said for a lot of guys in this receiver room.

I don’t think you realize the players we got from the portal were some of the best players on the team. And Lane is better at developing these portal players than Kelly, look at Chambliss and Lacy.

2017? They lost to Georgia in the semis that year. Alabama beat Georgia that year, so they lost to the second best team. Alabama lost to Auburn, so in some order those were the three best Sec teams that year. Bakers Sooners don’t win the Sec that year.

Late in the season Berry seemed to have stepped up as the number one in the backfield, but Durham was as close to a 1b as you could get. Kiffin will grab someone in the portal, and when that happens do you think Durham decides to leave? It’d be a shame because imagine what him and Harlem could do together with a real line.
