He's the schmuck with ON3 I see on YouTube all the time. Another one of the alleged experts who always shites on Alabama yet feels compelled to feature them almost daily. Given the circumstances with the total overhaul of the offensive line & a first yr starter at qb I don't think he's going out on a limb here. I do think the article is disingenuous stating fans expect the same level of dominance as Saban. No program is going to be able to maintain that level of play in the new college football landscape.

I get what you're saying but in this new day & age the portal will alleviate some of the sting in losing out on high school talent. I can't recall where exactly I read it but an article a couple of weeks ago brought up the point that a lot of teams in the SEC are still heavily skewed towards high school recruiting in building their rosters. I think the past couple of seasons has shown that championships can be won relying heavily on the portal.

In all seriousness why ? Is it because Alabama isn't the pinnacle of CFB anymore ? Are the anonymous serial down voters getting to you ? I think it's fairly easy to spot the obvious trolls & frankly a lot of the ridiculous stuff that gets posted here over the last couple of seasons is just folks throwing out shite looking for answers from the football program that hadn't had to been asked during Saban's tenure. Yeah TRant is garbage but don't let shite get to you so much. This place is still better than alot of other platforms.

North Carolina & NC State, then possibly Virginia & Virginia Tech. Need to follow the Big's example and bring punching bags on board who'll never realistically threaten for a football title. Nice upgrade basketball wise too.

Man I agree with everything you say about the talent level KDB inherited. I understand people not wanting to disparage Saban but the truth is that things were trending down since 2021. Additionally, I have rather enjoyed your posts since I have zero background in x's & o's and appreciate all the deep dives you've provided.
