re: Question for Jambalaya large batch....

Part of my question was when someone makes one of those giant pots in site is how long can it keep to serve safely.
Question for Jambalaya large batch....
Posted by Cell of Awareness on 4/12/26 at 1:16 pm
I make a good one but usually batch make it for a large event.
If you make a large pot on site how do you keep it from overcooking or drying out if it is served all day? Will it last that long without drying out?

No convenience store has bathrooms always available and always this clean.
Cheap gas
Well lit and secure.
No truckers
It is a nice travel break with kids with a quick on and off Interstate.
More choices than anyone ever needs.

You've got to think they'll be feeling a bit of a letdown when they get up in the morning. Work your whole life towards this and know that you'll never experience anything closer professionally to what you just did.
I felt that way after a Spring Break hookup with a Hawaian Tropic girl in 1984.

Scary. And likely happening more and more.

A 26-year-old promising dental student died in a Connecticut hospital’s intensive care unit that was being overseen by a “tele-health” doctor — who pronounced him dead via a video call, a lawsuit alleges.

That has to create a certain level of anxiety past just being in space.
quote:
Tonight, the moon-bound astronauts and NASA mission control will face a nail-biting moment this evening when the Artemis II enters a deep-space dead zone that cuts them off from Earth for around an hour.
This blackout period comes as NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch ?and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen are slated to travel 252757 miles from Earth during their fly-by of the moon, over 4,000 miles beyond the record set by the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission in 1970, Reuters reported.
This important milestone will occur at around 7:05 p.m. EST, during which the lunar explorers will get a never-before-seen view of the dark-side of the moon.
