1999-2003 for me. So it was probably this one

Basic Instinct has an iconic opening scene about 20 minutes into the film
I loved all of the Man Law commercials

This one seemed most appropriate for here
It's called disposable income. What anyone chooses to spend it on is up to them. Some take trips, some buy watches, others pay coaches not to coach, etc. Everyone spends money on something someone else would find absurd. Such is life.

The airlines know that nobody wants to be stuck in the middle seat

So the ticket purchase of $297 defaults to it, but for the low price of $30 per flight you can now "upgrade" to window or aisle

Don't forget additional costs for bags, wifi, snacks, terminal fees, service fees, too many fees fee and taxes (unless of course you've logged 50,000 miles in the Loyalty Rewards program)

Total cost of flight $792
So you're telling me we're living in the timeline in which Doc & Marty didn't prevent this from happening...

That's heavy
