It's scary that an innocent man, especially a war veteran, can be subjected to something like that. Should never happen to one of our best.

I decided to read this book again. It was so good! After I finished, it'd shocked me so much I realized reading it again was definitely necessary. Powerful book.

Definitely was inappropriate. When I was that age I had a crush on a teacher. And if he had behaved like that guy I'd likely have his baby right now. Thank God he didn't!

As a woman, I disagree. We definitely get away with much more than men. And domestic violence is no exception. Personally, I have gotten away with it. Men don't want to look weak by reporting a woman.
