Need some Northem Italy travel advice

Celebrating 10 year wedding anniversary. This is what I have some up with. We would be taking trains between each of these locations.
Venice: 2 nights
Bolzano: 2 nights
Lake Como Area: 4 nights
Milan: 2 nights
For those that have been to Bolzano, is there a vineyard that you recommend in that area??
For the Lake Como area, I think we would stay in Como City since we want to take a day trip to Lugano, Switzerland, but I could be talked to into another town on the lake (eg, Bellagio or Varenna).
Thank you for your help

Looks like bush is making a comeback.
What are some good happy hour spots in New Orleans or Metairie?

Have a business meeting in the area this afternoon, and then want to hit a good happy hour spot afterward.
Picking crawfish up at 10am, boil not until 5pm

Hello, first time poster. Love this forum.
I am having a crawfish boil tomorrow and the supplier is forcing me to pick up the crawfish at 10 AM But the boil doesn't start until 5 PM.
What is the recommendation to keep the crawfish cool and alive until I start?
Can I just empty the sack into a large ice chest and fill it with water?
Thank you.
