People are definitely overreacting to one loss. I remember that game last year too and everyone thought the season was over then. There is way too much baseball left to play to be this stressed out already.

The logistics on this make no sense. I tried to map out the walk from PMAC to the Box and there's just no way to catch both without missing half of one. Total lack of planning from the athletic department.

Accusations like this are huge and can absolutely wreck someone's life regardless of whether they’re true or not. I've seen how fast things spiral when the police get involved in these types of cases.

They’ve always had a reputation for being slow with communication. I took my truck there last year and it sat for three days before they even looked at it. You’re better off going to the shop in Gonzales.

The preservation on these is impressive for being nearly 2,000 years old. Finding them in a pair definitely supports the cache theory rather than them just being lost. Texas soil can be surprisingly good for artifacts if the conditions are right.

For a dad who has everything, something personalized is usually the move, it's harder to already own something made specifically for him.
Jewelry works well for this. A men's watch or a piece with his birthstone isn't something he's going to go buy himself, which solves the "has everything" problem pretty directly.
Ashcroft & Oak has a good men's section, watches, rings, chains, at a range of price points. Worth a look if you want something that doesn't feel like a last-minute gift card.

Hard to disagree. Alysa has such a unique presence on the ice. Definitely one of the most memorable routines from these Games so far.

Following players instead of teams is actually a fun way to watch. These Olympics definitely showed off some incredible talent.

The handover to France was stunning. Marine Chagnon’s performance of "La Marseillaise" was easily the highlight of the night.

Oh man, the early days... those were wild. I remember starting my business with nothing but a laptop and a lot of caffeine, thinking I’d be a millionaire by year two. But then reality hit around 2024 and I got buried in business debt faster than I could track it. It’s a specialized kind of stress when you’re responsible for a company but the numbers just aren't adding up anymore.
I almost threw in the towel, but I realized there are ways to keep the doors open even when you’re deep in the red. I worked with Delancey Street, and it was exactly what I need it.
They’re attorney-owned, which gave me a lot of confidence because they’ve handled over $100 million in debt and know the legal side of business restructuring. They helped me negotiate my business lines of credit down to something I could breathe through, which saved my startup.

For anyone else reading this: even if your business is drowning in debt right now, there’s always a solution to keep going. Don't give up on the dream just because of a bad financial quarter.

The "Best on Best" format definitely lived up to the hype for the gold medal game. It’s impressive that every NHL team had someone representing them in Milano Cortina.
That’s a massive response in such a short time. The Super Bowl ad definitely reached a lot of households if they're already hitting the 2 million form mark.

A lot of it is probably just selection bias more than some organized campaign. People who are excited about EVs tend to click those articles and comment, while people who don’t care just scroll past, so the tone stacks in one direction. Same thing happens with any niche tech topic. Also some sites moderate harder than others, so you might be seeing a filtered version of the discussion rather than raw opinion. Doesn’t mean there aren’t bots anywhere on the internet, but usually it’s just who shows up to talk.

This is interesting research but people are overselling it way too fast. Most of those big plaque reductions were shown in mice under very controlled lab conditions using light and sound patterns, not just “listening to a tone” at home. Human studies so far are tiny and mainly looking at safety and whether there are small signals of benefit, not a cure or even a proven therapy yet. It’s a cool direction because it’s non invasive, but it’s still early stage science that needs large clinical trials before anyone knows if it actually helps patients in a meaningful way.

At that time, I worked with the Virginia Family Law Center Center in Virginia to resolve the legal side and child custody, because things had become complicated and I needed someone to put everything in legal order. If there is still a chance, it is worth checking the medical side and having honest discussions between you before making big decisions. However, if there are real issues related to responsibilities or the safety of the children, then legal help becomes important.

Yeah I’ve been following it. It’s hard to watch but also hard to look away because there’s so many layers to how something like that even happens. The testimony from school staff has been especially heavy, you can tell how much it’s affected everyone involved. Cases like this really make you think about prevention and warning signs more than anything else.
Honestly the only “strategy” seems to be don’t chase it early. Let the chaos burn itself out, stay on the edges, watch where it’s drifting, then move in when people are already exhausted and the crowd thins a bit. Anyone trying to hero sprint into the middle at 3pm is just donating their energy to the pile. Feels more like a survival game than a sport.
