This is how I see it
Mcneese - Bad game. Just looked disinterested and everything seemed to go wrong. one of those days.
the game friday LSU actually hit the ball hard they just played good with their gloves for the most part. nothing can do if you're blazing 105+ mph balls off the bat and they still field them.
saturday and sunday - we had shadows over the plate which is a big pitchers advantage. I'm not excusing their terrible approach because Dartmouth is dealing with the same thing and did better(arguably despite runs), it's just a bit of an anomaly early. it seemed very obvious to me shadows bothered our hitters because they were not seeing the pitches at all this weekend.
I'm not ready to hit panic yet. Bad week of baseball. Get it out of your system now.

Also, not necessarily here, but you see it all the time outfielders wear their glasses on their hats or backwards in the middle of the day with the sun. Nothing drives me crazier. Put your damn glasses on. :lol:

This is definitely a pitching advantage right now with the shadows but really no excuse because Dartmouth is dealing with the same thing and seen the ball better.
