The program is reasonably well-structured, and MAYBE it has some deterrent value, but $100 says that the first person shot with a teacher’s gun will be an innocent student or teacher.

NY's highest court kinda already addressed this bullshite when it struck down NYC's effort to let illegals vote in local elections.

He wasn’t impeached because of the affair; Clinton was impeached due to perjury and obstruction of justice.
In both cases, there were obfuscations designed to justify that action. Each set of partisans will argue all day that their motives were pure. Hell, the sheep in each party may even believe it. But the motivation in both cases was the same.
