If Mateer was a balance sheet, the credits and debits would be the same. the balance would be zero.
Mateer frequently hurts his team with brain dead decisions.
Winning these kinds of games often comes down to a few critical decisions and putting the dagger in when you have the chance.
Well, there you go. Bad choice by the QB, poor effort by the WR and now the punter.

Why didn’t his dumbass just run?

That feels like a play that could have consequences.
They got the TD. Give 'em credit. But the whole drive looked like a struggle.
Gotta give Simpson some credit. He's hanging in there.

OU is whipping Alabama. No fluke. Hope they pour it on so we can get that clown DeBoer out of town.

Doesn't resemble the Alabama we saw under Saban. It's a little shocking.
Second coming of Uwe von Schamann
They are throwing a lot of looks at Simpson and he's in a panic.

Bama looks prepared

That anus is prepared.
DeBoer might want to walk back those comments about that job in Michigan. The Wayne State job.
The King is looking frail.
Had an open man downfield. Pressure wasn't that great.
Can we just see the damn game. Jeez.

Yep, lets get it on......BOOMER

SOONER
Hearing Ole Miss may have a contingency plan with Tulane's coach if he leaves.
Interesting take. I remember those Nebraska games well, especially the mid 80's games.
Alabama seems like a natural replacement for The Corn. Lots of red, top program, something's probably on the line. Yep.
Still have some work to do if you want to beat Nebraska, but yes, a fine squad.

OU still has two loseable games in Mizzou and LSU, though they are at home.

We should handle both of them, but to your point, all I'm focused on is the next game.

Kinda silly to rope off your logo midfield especially after they trampled all over it during the game.
Not a chance. He's finally got the Trojans moving in the right direction and he has a $17 million dollar home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You think he wants to trade that to live in Cancer Alley overlooking the Mississippi?

That was a bad color combo to wear playing us. We just sorta thought we were playing Oklahoma State again and figured we'd win even if we played like shite.
I tried to be more open minded about Islam at one point in my life.
Yeah, having Venables was a big plus for Clemson in those days. He's one of the top defensive minds in college football. If OU had him during the Riley years, we likely would have won a NT. That was all that was missing during Baker's time.

The 63 yards the Sooners surrendered to Tennessee on the ground tonight was the fewest the Vols have produced in almost four years. On Nov. 13, 2021 they managed just 55 against eventual national champions Georgia.

I was impressed by our physicality. We were flying to the ball and laying some licks. Good pressure most of the night. DL played well. They tried to pick on Guillory, but I think he held his own for a freshman.
Well, that's nice, but you guys have never experienced a UCLA game at the Rose Bowl....
