This is a hockey team of guys in their 20s and 30s. Yeah, it's the highest level hockey team on the planet, but I have a feeling they were OK with having McDonalds for one lunch.
They will be back to their normal training and diet soon -- I don't think one McDonalds lunch is gonna knock the hockey world off its axis.

It hasn't ended for a lot of people. I work in a downtown area of a mid-size college town and I still see a handful of people here and there walking around.....outside.....wearing masks.

It's not as if there is a huge group of top private schools in the South. Who are their main competitors for students, financial resources and research funding? Rice? Duke? It's not like Tulane is battling it out with 83 other regional schools doing their same programs.

The New York public library system budget is $480M and the Los Angeles system is $270M a year. Wrap your mind around those numbers. It's absurd.
This is true to an extent. Yes, people look at the material differently -- most of the time on a desktop computer, tablet or phone. But a lot of sociology, medical or science research material -- people aren't going to scroll through all that on a phone. Sometimes, you need an actual book or bigger screen to look at several pages of stuff.
The brick and mortar branches should be a reduced role, but not eliminated.

I don't think she ever gets any serious consideration as a presidential candidate. If she can't handle a 2 or 3 day trial run, the power brokers in the DNC aren't going to move mountains to try and cover for her during a year-long campaign and presidency.
